Wait in line for over 30 minutes at the drive through for the pharmacy with a whole line of cars

Shelves are very bare and not stocked well, there are always lines at the register not like other Walgreens where more staff come up front to help, the staff all seem friendly so it's either a management issue or Walgreens. Pharmacy processes are a joke - they seem busy and hard working so maybe it's Walgreens that forces bad processes on them but the RX wait time is just rediculous and then other times it's really quick but since they tell you longer wait times you end up having to go back multiple times. Starting to think Walgreens just makes up having to wait so you spend more time in their store. After my next refill I'm going to mail order Rx's so I don't have to deal with Walgreens.

I am beyond grateful to the Pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location! I had just had surgery and stopped to fill my prescription and was so upset to find that my Soonercare would not cover the cost. I'm on disability and that cost would have kept me from being able to get them at all. My mom offered but it would have been difficult for her as well. The staff must have overheard our concerns because when she went in to pick it up the pharmacist on staff had given us an amazing discount that cut the cost by more than half! I'm so incredibly grateful to them because my surgery was not successful and I was already so stressed. So whoever was on staff the evening of 11/20 please accept my overwhelming gratitude for helping to make my day brighter! #customerforlife

The Walgreens in Tahlequah OK has the unfriendliest employees in the Pharmacy area I have ever experienced. I have been using them for years, since they opened. My other family members have already switched to either Walmart or Reasor's pharmacy. My husband and I are switching our stuff to Reasor's. The pharmacy staff are the most condescending unfriendly individuals we have ever come across. I am 59. I can't imagine how they treat customers much older than me. After today being snapped at when I told the lady in pharmacy she charged me twice for a product I am done with them. The check out in front of store has nicer employees but pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible.

So tired of dealing with this store. Staff is usually friendly but the obviously mandated greeting as you enter is tiresome. Frequently encounter long lines made worse by their pitches for donating to this or that. That aggravation is compounded by their seeming lack of support for local efforts as evidenced by refusal to support TFD relief effort for Hurricane Harvey.
