Store has had a note up for the last 3 days that they are closed. No reasoning for them being closed. Bill is due and issues with my internet box but can’t seem to get any help with the store always being closed.

I have a knack for showing up at lunch break. Rather it be 1130 or 2:45. you don't know what time they left or will be back because the sign just says LUNCH. I call Broken bow for any help.

They come in to work at 10am on Saturday go to lunch at 11am with a sign on the door saying back at 1:00. It closes at 2:00. Funny thing is no one is there at 1:00, 1:15 or 1:30. Went around the back and knock on the door and it's locked up tight. No body is in the store. No answer on the phone. We need competition in this town. These people don't know or care about customer service.

Super nice staff. I have the high speed home internet apparatus. It's definitely not high speed however... And I'm only a few miles from one of their towers.

Bought WiFi from here and it doesn't work right! I get horrible service starting all the from the 50$ plan all they way to the 120$ one which I'm now on! Keep in mind I probably live 2 miles from the building in town. When I took it back to be fixed she told me “ you're supposed to run Diagnostics before you bring this to me†saying it like I'm supposed to know... I paying 120$ a month and they couldn't even fix my WiFi box for me!

Completely incompetent and typical backwoods redneck buisness sense, waste their customers time and drag their feet in accomplishing simple tasks and have no idea of customer service or apologies for the inconvenient wait time

The young ladies were very helpful and tried their best to fix our problem but when it came down to it the problem was never really solved. The problem is in trying to get into their website to go on our information to manage our account.

I've been with pine cellular Internet for a year now , the wifi is reliable ,fast , all at a very reasonable price !!!
