  This bank is still trash!! Customer service sucks and they take advantage of elderly people telling them what they can and cant spend their money on. Ive never seen anything like it in my life. And talk about gossip about customers n speak sly remarks. Just total trash

  Absolute trash service. Was told point blank I could not open a secondary checking account for local services since I was going to continue with USAA for primary account. I will encourage any and all to go elsewhere... especially my fellow veterans.
