Been banking here for around 4 years and have had no problem recently. I have experienced multiple account holds because of purchases and calls I made to the bank that they found suspicious. Even when I have the ability to supply every bit of information, they also don’t do very well at switching information when it’s switched. They had both my old number and my new number on file. When I’ve gone in person to remove said old number from the account, prior to, I also tried to deposit my check that I deposit every Friday, and they have the audacity to try to put a 5-day hold on it and refused to supply me with a reason why. I’m absolutely done. I suggest you go with a different bank because they are an awful bank and their customer service is even worse.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. And I'm not able to get information on my account by phone. Or talk to anyone in the Shawnee Branch, they just put you on hold and leave you there.

The absolute best bankstaff are friendly helpful, and kind. Couldn't ask for more. A special shout out to Rebecca and all of the staff at the Tecumseh branch who have gone above and beyond. Without them I wouldn't have made it through the loss of my husband .

I think it's a really terrible policy and no way to build customer relations by not allowing people to exchange money at your location without a account. I already have two banks and I was told I need to have an account here in order to make a simple exchange. All I need is quarters for dollars, It's not hard. It's quite literally the easiest exchange you could do. We don't need to deal with foreign money or anything monumental. If the dam local water dispenser didn't require quarters, I wouldn't even need to ask with the possibility of being berated to open an account. Anytime anyone needs an account with a bank, I'm going to recommend the buffalo over you just so you know. Change this terrible policy

My mother banks at BancFirst in OKC, where I live. She wrote me a check. Whike visiting friends in Tecumseh, OK, I went to the lobby of the Tecumseh branch to cash the check. They were extremely friendly & welcoming. They neither pressured me to open an account, nor insist I wait 45 minutes to "speak with a banker" as big city banks do. They were awesome in every way. Highly recommend!
