I would give zero stars if I couldThis store is so dirty and unorganized and most of the time there is no cashier you have to use self checkout or wait in a long line, they need to hire more people so they can get that store in order, I find myself driving into Tecumseh to go to family dollar most of the time because this store is just so nasty

I'm very disappointed in this $store. I bought several items off the clearance rack, and none of them ran up properly, and even with the price on the shelf, they ran up higher than the ticket listed on the shelf. So much for clearance ?. Somebody isn't doing their job listing the product price properly

I find it ridiculous how this dollar general fires our favorite people who have been amazing!! Then they close at 7:00 pm because they weren’t smart enough to make sure they have enough employees stupid and ridiculous!!!

For the first couple of years this store was open it was great!! It was clean, well stocked, the staff was nice and things were priced correctly. Now (Dec 2022) it is one of the worst DG's in the area. Don't bother paying attention to the price on the shelf, bc you will be paying significantly more at the register. Also, don't bother grabbing a cart when you walk through the door, bc the store is such a mess that you can't push the cart down the isles. It's really hard to find what you are looking for bc things are either out of stock or messy, you literally have to dig to search for things. Oh, and the fresh produce section is almost always empty. At this point the store is just wasting money running the coolers for no reason. It's a shame that this store has gone downhill so much. It was really convenient to have this store so close to home. But due to the condition of the store, I would rather drive to Tecumseh to get what I need at Family Dollar. The only positive I have to say about this location is that the staff is relatively nice. I can imagine part of the problem is that they are short handed and can't handle all the tasks they are given.. AND they probably don't get paid enough to care. Either way, I find it hard to spend my money there anymore. ??♀️

It started out good. Now nothing is priced right. Something will say 2 for 6 and end up costing $5 each when you get to the register.

Went in & tried to purchase something that shelf price 1 thing & checkout 30% higher. Told them & they said nothing they could do. Corporate said they were no able to change. VERY LAST TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Will be going to another store or different $ store branch.

Only reason I go there is because it's close. The store is always filthy and the aisles usually are crowded with stuff in the way. One particular employee is rude as hell.

My boyfriend arrived at 9:55pm to get melatonin only to find doors locked. There were other customers in the store and so my boyfriend knocked on the door. The clerk came to the door telling him that the store was closed, he showed her that it was not you at 10 o’clock. Her response was to walk away from the doors and turn off all the lights outside as well as half the lights inside the store while other customers were still inside.
