Went to my local subway for a sandwich and waited when there was no one else for 10 minutes before I was helped. Once I was helped the gentleman working got upset with me cause he had to cut cheese? And proceeds to make my sandwich wrong on purpose. -10/10

My recent visit to the Subway in Tecumseh left much to be desired, as the experience fell short of the expectations I've come to associate with the Subway brand.To begin with, the atmosphere of this particular Subway location was disappointingly bland and lackluster. Unlike other Subway establishments that often exude a vibrant and inviting ambiance, this one felt devoid of personality. The seating area was plain and uninspiring, lacking the cozy comfort that one might expect when stopping by for a quick meal.However, my dissatisfaction didn't end with the lackluster atmosphere. I was also disappointed by the subpar service I received during my visit. Upon placing my order, I requested extra toppings to enhance the flavor and texture of my sandwich. Much to my dismay, the staff at this Subway location refused to accommodate my request, resulting in an incomplete sandwich that failed to meet my expectations. This was particularly frustrating, as I've never encountered such reluctance to provide additional toppings at other Subway outlets. It left me questioning why this location was seemingly cutting corners on ingredients, detracting from the overall quality of the food even though thy price is so very high and expensive.In summary, Tecumseh's Subway may offer the classic Subway experience in terms of menu options, but it sorely lacks the charm and personality that make other Subway locations stand out. The bland atmosphere and unwillingness to fulfill reasonable customer requests detract from the overall dining experience, leaving much to be desired. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and bring this Subway location up to par with the standards expected of the Subway brand.

Went in at 7pm (store closes at 9pm) no bread for sandwiches and only two tortillas left to make wraps. Immediately walked out.

Very poor performance by the workers, they made several sloppy sandwiches with out changing gloves..both where very rude and unprofessional the inside is very dirty and appears it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks smh .. someone should teach these young lady’s what cross contamination is ??♂️ get it together guys it’s not hard to make some sandwiches in a clean environment against my better judgment I still purchased the very unappealing food but it will definitely be my last trip to this location which is unfortunate because we recently moved to this city and love our subway but will just travel to a metro city to get it now !

Manager so nice always love going when she’s there!! Went later at night when she wasn’t there and two employees were kinda rude and didn’t want to do their job if not for that night would give 5 stars for customer service and great food!

Went there to get the new footlong cookie and pretzel. Was told they didn't have any thawed to cook. Told me I could come back in a couple hours. Told them nevermind. They should have some ready to cook when they open. They definitely need more employees working. Only 2 people working.

Only have one or two employees working and only pay 8 bucks on hour. They don't get to really take a break. General manager hits on male employees and wants them to hang out with her after work. Store manager works off clock and puts her own money into store. They said you will get raise and take 6 months or longer to give you raise. Subway has gone down hill or maybe it's been that way whole time. Food is good but that's all. Need more employees to get orders done on time.

Food was good as usual, but what I’m disappointed in, is I ordered online, go to pick up and it’s not what I ordered at all, brought it to the kids attention, I ordered a pretzel, and a 6in. Instead received a footlong sandwich. He said he read the order wrong, then the other girl chimed in stating they were out of pretzel anyway and they could write down my name and I could come get one when they get more in, didn’t take my number and I had to ask them if they just wanted my receipt with my name already on it. They of course couldn’t just refund me for the cost of the pretzel since it’s an online order. If that’s the case and they’d have to cancel the entire order, this location should have the option to take something off the online menu if it’s out of stock, so they don’t assume the customer just wants double of something else on the menu, and they don’t have a list of names for people to come claim food they didn’t receive once the truck finally arrives.

They stole $10 from me. Have been telling me for 4 weeks that they will fix the issue and give me my money. Nothing has been done.

The last subway we had was managed so much better than this one. There is always a reason that they can’t take orders or that there is a ridiculously long wait for sandwiches. This is the 2nd time in a month I’ve drove all of the way up here for subway and not gotten a sandwich because they were incapable of taking my order.

Nice place but they scimp on the veggies and meat. The bread is still soft and amazing but it seems like the meat and veggies have gotten smaller. Probably, just a way for the owners to get richer by being cheap.
