Tammy was there for our check-in and our check-out and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Windstar.

My hotel stay was not satisfactory due to the high levels of dust and insects present. Although the staff was courteous, the front desk's response to my complaint was lackluster. The representative offered to spray the area but seemed unconcerned. As a result, I am unlikely to return, even if the hotel were to offer free accommodations in the future.

First of all the location is so great if you are going to Winstar! It’s right next to the casino and easy to get to (right across the street)!
The staff was GREAT! Tammy greeted me at check in and was so friendly! I wish I could remember the name of the other lady but she was working in the kitchen for the breakfast and was so helpful and kind as well!
The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast which is good! The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable! Would stay here again for sure!

When we arrived we were greeted so kindly by Tammy! She was so thoughtful and helpful and you just don’t get great service like that much anymore! We also overheard her treat the next guests the very same way when we walked back through the lobby.
She is a valuable employee, I sure hope her supervisor realizes it!

The staff was friendly. The location was great. The negatives the room needed updating. The TV was very small, the bed was hard, the appliances were very old. The pool looked very dirty. The stay was ok just a little pricy for the conditions. But all in all an ok stay. Needs new beds.

Our stay was restful with a comfortable bed, clean room and great hot breakfast with a big variety of food including a few selections that changed daily.

We stayed last night to attend a concert at Winstar. When asking the front desk agent that checked us in if a Winstar shuttle was available at this hotel or any nearby, she said no, not since Covid, which is not true. A short walk to a nearby hotel was a pickup point for the shuttle. We paid $279 for the night. For that price you would expect a great stay. The swimming pool looked like a swamp. So dark and filthy you couldn't see the bottom. That was our view from our room. Breakfast was good. The front desk agent didn't ask how our stay was either when we checked out.
