“One word……..Awesome!! Great place but a few problems.

Safety: Very safe till last week when I fell and reported it I felt like I did something wrong. And my friend lost my key to the suv, couldn’t get help to find it but these two blondes in a tan truck were out there watching think they had my key and lots of my stuff got stolen, was very disappointed and not very helpful there with that a few people were but not enough I lost Christmas presents and all my personal stuff. Have to sell car now my stuff was worth over $500.00 and it’s all gone. No help.

Walkability: A lot of walking you’ll get lost but they have bingo and lots of games. Different places to eat .

Food and drinks: Love love the food ! Drinks like cokes are free but if you want a real drink it’s gonna cost. They won’t bring you coke but they will a beer for the right price.

Noteworthy details: They wear ear buds and can’t hear you or help you. I was called at home and said they would there for me and when I got there, they had no record of it . Don’t leave anything car . Make sure you get their attention or you’ll be over looked . I like it there don’t get me wrong just this all happened Dec 2024 week apart.”

“First of all the location is so great if you are going to Winstar! It’s right next to the casino and easy to get to (right across the street)!
The staff was GREAT! Tammy greeted me at check in and was so friendly! I wish I could remember the name of the other lady but she was working in the kitchen for the breakfast and was so helpful and kind as well!
The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast which is good! The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable! Would stay here again for sure!”

“We absolutely love the Inn it is convenient to the Casino. The shuttle makes this experience great. The hotel is definitely nice and the staff Kimberly Burgess who happened to be the General Mgr. She put the cherry on top for the visit. She was so pleasant, she had a great spirit and greeted us when we walked in .The greeting was not one I had received the entire visit there. Others may have been just having a blah day. However after the 2nd day of no real heartfelt greetings or interactions. I just assumed this was the norm here. I am so glad on my last day Kimberly Burgess who I didn't know was the manager until I ask for the manager to compliment my interaction. Only to find out she was the manager. Fantastic thank you. You made the visit with your service.”
