Asked for nachos, came out just chips with really cheap melted cheese on them.. absolutely could not eat any of it. Soda did not taste at all like door beer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Only came here to say that the guy with braids managing today was a pro. Handled a chaotic scene with such ease that I’ve seen so many other managers fold under. All while still making tacos.

Just one complaint. Ate here often enough to know their policy is to wrap burritos foil side against the food. My gut and my research thinks the paper side is what the food needs wrapped against.The paper absorbs any grease and prevents the tortilla getting soggy.

This place should get no stars. Horrible customer service. Hours posted are not accurate. They close the line anywhere from 9pm to 9:30. False advertisement. Windstar should not allow this establishment within their casino. Terribly run business. And I am a fan of taco casa, but this location is obviously mis managed badly.

Tracy the shift lead is very disrespectful and could care less about the customers.He was very rude and used vowel language towards me and was very unprofessional using his slang talk.We will Never Stop there again.

I really hate to say it but this is actually the best place to get nice bite to eat. I have been coming to the casino for the past four years and the food just isn’t that great. I have tried all the restaurants in this place and I told myself I would not go back and try to see if they have gotten any better. I am going to try them all again, but right now Taco Casa is number one. More to come soon on the other restaurants in this casino
