Thackerville Information Center is a clean and well-maintained place to stop, especially for travelers between Dallas and Ardmore. The grounds are pretty, with plenty of picnic areas and a dog park where pets can play. Inside, visitors find helpful staff who provide useful information about Oklahoma and its major sports. The center features a goody shop with unique souvenirs and offers free coffee and friendly conversation. Restrooms are always clean, including family restrooms, though vending machines may be unavailable at times. There is ample parking, a small park to walk, and a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a nice, family-friendly stop to relax and gather information.
Wonderful stop! Facilities were clean and the grounds were very pretty, plenty of picnic areas and even a dog park, which my 2 were very happy for!

The staff will provide everything you need to know about Oklahoma state. Restrooms are 100% cleaned. And you will be able to buy unique souvenirs as well.
