SAVE YOUR MONEY.I have been playing golf at the Winstar since the course first opened as a single 18 hole course. It now has two 18 hole courses. Both courses were always in great shape.I played there yesterday and, unfortunately, they let the golf course go completely downhill. It is in the worst shape I have ever seen it in. Don't waste your money. All of the tee boxes and fairways are almost completely bare with no grass. The greens were OK but everything else suckedTHIS GOLF COURSE IS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE AND IS NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A CASINO RESORT GOLF COURSE.

I have played this course many times over the last 6 years. It is a joke now. Worse than the average muni as far as course conditions go.

Great place to have fun and enjoy a great atmosphere with family and friends. Only turn down is the time they stop serving alcohol.

First time at golf club, had quick lunch before going home. Food was great and the golf course is new. It is on back side of WinStar Casino. As course/trees develops, this will be a beautiful destination and my star rating will likely go to 5 stars.

Played Red Bud and thought it was really nice. It was fairly long but straightish. I am a OG, short but straight and I thought it was a fun test. The young bucks I played with made me play the blues which perhaps were not quite where I should be. The greens were in pretty good shape but very hard and very difficult to get a ball to hold; not what I would call fast but quick. And rolled true so all good. Considering a week of 100+ degree weather and 105 that day that is more an observation than any complaint. To be honest I didn't even mentally note any real problems related to the freeze. Maybe a little I guess. Staff was super nice for certain. Perhaps we could have seen the drink cart girl a little more often, it was HOT that day. (That par 3 with water and tough pin placement on 18 was a little rude though.) So, overall, I thought it was a great experience. Better than doing chores at home for certain.

Large club house, spacious. Friendly staff. Resort merchandise.

I play all across the country and have played here many times over the years. Not sure what their problem is with getting fairways to grow but course should be embarrassed to charge $85 on a Tuesday for spotty fairways. Many dead spots. And slow greens. Greens are fine just slow.
Basically a resort course, pretty wide fairways but rough pretty thick. Balls sink down making hard to find unless nearly on top of them. But the fairways. YIKES.
Over watering spots. Ball plugs around collars of greens.
Scissor tail closed right now and has had same problem for basically two years. Not many options in area but hard to justify $85 on a Tuesday for these conditions.

Of all the golf courses I have played on, never have I met a staff simultaneously so arrogant and incompetent. They prefer to blame the group at the back of a line of slow playing groups instead of the slow group causing the back-up. They also lie about the full details of a booking reservation and then demand adherence to the undisclosed rules they appear to make up on the spot at the time of check in.The refreshment carts border on non-existent despite the summer conditions and the on course amenities are either under stocked or in disrepair.

Played at scissortail and the course was beautiful. Some dead patches here and there but overall it was a great round of golf. Currently rounds are $45 it's a hard price to beat.

The course has to be under new management and if so it needs to be changed. You have a better chance of winning a jackpot than to a talk to someone about a tee time and the online sight is a joke. After 2 days of trying someone actually answered and he was rude. If you were able to to talk to someone and got a tee time congrats

Overall great but courses are in rough shape from the freeze. Hopefully those items get fixed. If so I would give it 5 stars.

Played the redbud course. It is in pretty good shape. Very open course, but they do have thick roughs that are easy to lose your ball in, which is to be expected in a well-kept course. Overall, it is a great experience/round and nice they have fully opened up the new pro-shop and bar area on the course, which looks great.

Played the Redbud course on March 18 with my sons for their spring break trip. The greens were in excellent shape and rolled fast. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car there were 2 carts pulled up and waiting for our foursome. This type of service continued through the day from the excellent starter, free range balls, free bottled water at multiple places and on the cart, and good food at the turn. I simply can't wait to go back this summer when the course will be green and hopefully the new clubhouse will be open.
