“Red Carpet on Hefner has been my go to car wash for the last five years. I get my vehicle washed every week (two at the most) and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and I've never had an issue with leaving valuables in my car. I've read some of the reviews posted here and it amazes me how petty some people are. They do their very best to get every bit of dust and dirt cleaned off and do an exceptional job at drying the vehicle off. Red Carpet is better than Charlie's, OKC Auto Wash, or any of the other options. They will always have my business and I'm thankful for the service they provide.”

I try to rinse off before coming through but didn’t today because of time. Since they weren’t busy he washed it instead of sending me away. So thankful and promise to rinse before”

“$10 Tuesdays!!!!! They raised it to $12 but personally, I feel like it's still worth every penny. I love the way my car looks after a good wash and the service is above and beyond. My workplace parking sticker fell off as I entered the tunnel. One of the employees stopped the machines and retrieved it for me. Any other place would had left it there. Definitely recommend this place, the employees provide top notch service and genuinely look happy.”

“2.24.2023 2/5 card readers work butit is freezing outside. the north 2 washers work but the far north 1has a better tip than the others. called number online was out of service. needs a number on site for communication and feedback. good washer on the north end tho. add more high pressure small angle wash tips like 5-15 degree please thanks. always room for improvement.they answered my phone call and are looking into things THANKS”

“This was my second time to use this car wash. I washed my car and cleaned my wheels then went and did the FREE vacuum. I was done cleaning my car and I couldn't find my keys!! The man was dumping trash and cleaning the lot up and I told him I must of tossed my keys in the trash. He said he would look and he offered his phone light. I went through my car and then in a panic, another man ( I think he must own the place) came over and he looked in my car as he got to the passenger seat he found my keys!!! I will NOT go anywhere else to clean my car. I'm so thankful that they helped me!! Truly good people!!”

“This location is a huge upgrade from my years using Zips. I love my beautiful car, and I'm obsessive about having a clean car. I also like professional service when I spend my money. This car was is local, family owners business. They were very good to respond to my emails when I was considering moving from Zips. The location is clean, staff are nice and helpful, the tunnel is bright, equipment works well, the car wash is great, and the location feels much safer. I only wish they had more locations and offered multi-car memberships. I'm happy I found them.”
