One of the better Goodwills in OKC

I go to every goodwill in the okc/edmond area, and this one is by far the worst. All due to one rude, condescending employee (the blonde w/ glasses). Never have I ever heard an employee talk to customers the way she does. And I’ve witnessed it on more than one occasion. Disgusting

Had a nice chat with the cashier, I think she had platinum hair? she just seemed happy to be there. i think the dressing rooms could use more lighting, but i know that's not a cheap/easy fix. pretty decent goodwill :)

Prices things as if they are new. What’s worse is the distribution centers send anything they deem good here because the manager prices things “at value”. Idk about you but i’m not paying $70 for someone’s used and ratty cowboy boots.

I shop at a lot of thrift stores and goodwills in the city, but never have I been so appalled by a staff member’s behavior before. I was harassed at this store by a worker for something that I didn’t do.This employee came at me violently while pointing a finger at me, scolding me for not hanging clothes on a rack that was far away from the changing rooms. (There are racks everywhere, btw)I hung my unwanted items on the back of the door like the others had. She then proceeded to blame me for everyone else’s clothes on the backs of the doors while continuing to point at me. There was no sign indicating that I should do otherwise, which I told her as she was yelling at me for basically making her do her job?I follow the rules and I respect others and what they do for a living, but this goodwill should hire staff who can control their personal frustrations, and be able to communicate work grievances in a healthy way. Not at customers who are just there to shop.

Rudest Goodwill I have ever been in. They started telling everyone to go to the checkouts 45 minutes before closing. 30 minutes before closing they were yelling at everyone. My husband was in the check out line so I was walking around the store and they came up and were harassing me because they wanted to go home. Seriously?

Horrible manager(Stacy?) 15 minutes left to closing and shut off the lights. I was in line checking out, and she is back there harassing my wife even though she told her I was in line. Just show closing 15 minutes earlier if you want to go home

Just a heads up, they DO NOT take Apple Pay. It says they do online and on their door to enter the building. I waited in line for quite some time just to be told they don’t actually accept Apple Pay. Kind of irritating lol

Fitting rooms are closed 20 mins before the store closes, manager on duty was so rude and unhelpful. Shorts here cost $3.99 if they're not a name brand, if they're a name brand your are paying $15.99 for USED shorts... how is this the goodwill mission? Mark up only the shorts that are "name" brand? Awful. Do better Goodwill corporate.

Just gross. I know this is Goodwill, but, have some pride in your store! This was in my dressing room today!

Low reviews could easily be people gatekeeping. This is the best location. I found a drafting table for $40 that runs for $170 on Amazon. This was an incredible find for me. The screws were tough and a kind employee helped me undo the feet and collapse it to fit in my trunk. I had to buy a few extra screws at Ace hardware but for me this was an incredible find and I'm so thankful they were able to help!

Everything about this store screams WE HATE OUR CUSTOMERS! Starting with the size sections which are meaningless. If you are looking for Large men's shirts, you will find as many in all the other sizes as you'll find in the Large section, forcing you to go thru all of them. Then if you need to use the restroom, you must have an employee unlock it (good luck). Same with the dressing rooms which you're forced to use because they don't accept refunds or exchanges. These are inconveniences that department stores would never do, and they actually pay for their merchandise. Goodwill's is all donated, even though their prices often rival those of department stores. Of course at checkout you are shamed into rounding up your total as if their prices weren't bad enough, they just want more! If all Goodwill stores are as bad as this one, I'll stick to retail!

My nephew's mother died and this particular location manager's were very unsympathetic and uncaring. They didn't even want him to take time to make arrangements or be off to grieve the passing of his Mother. The manager even expected him to return to work the very next day after she passed. I will never set foot back in that location again and may never patronize the establishment. I can find plenty of Thrift stores to support. That Company needs to revise it policy on employees and death of immediate family members. I will ask my family, friends and co workers not to support or patronize any Goodwill Stores and give our donations to a company that care about it's employees.
