They send automatic messages and phone calls saying your prescriptions are ready for pick up. But actually if it's a controlled substance theyre not. I always wait until I get the message before going to pick up
They don't seem to understand that there is a problem with their system. Do NOT send a message saying they are ready to pick up if theyre not.
The pharmacist just kept saying we get them ready when we get the order but you technically can't pick them up because it hasn't been 28 days since your last refill. I understand that. I don't count days. I go by the messages I receive saying they are ready for pick up.

Absolutely terrible service. Every time I need a prescription refilled, it is a hassle. I use the app, but seemingly no one ever looks at it. I have to call in my prescriptions every time.

This is the most disorganized, slow Walgreens in the history of pharmacies. All times of day, busy and just super slow and discourteous. Sucks. Get your rx sent elsewhere.

Bad experience, not enough people working set in drive thru for hour . Just close the store not worth having it if you can,t find people to work . Combined with another store and give better customer service .

ZERO! Horrible customer service! Walgreens. Get. It. Together. This is becoming a theme at every location. This location I was refused to use the restroom because apparently the worker stated "She doesn't accommodate ANYBODY " even when the store is open, slow and NO reason not to accommodate customers. This is not how business should conducted anywhere to keep customers. Rude and unacceptable!

I’m tired of dealing with this pharmacy but locally I have no other choice with this location being the closest one to my home.
Their app says different from what they tell you when you arrive to pick up your prescription.
The pharmacy itself is super unpredictable when it comes to getting your prescriptions.
I am on hold for more than 30 minutes every time I just want to conveniently call instead of making a trip wasting my gas just to fix an issue with my prescriptions, or have any questions.
This is by far the WORST service I’ve ever received, period.
