Valero's Tonkawa Trading Post is located at the Ponca City exit off I-35. It often has the cheapest gasoline price, frequently over 20 cents per gallon cheaper than other stations. The location offers easy on and off access with a nice and big parking lot with plenty of room for trucks, trailers, and semis. Amenities include an A&W and Papa John's pizza, plus a nearby Mexican restaurant. It has an average selection of off the shelf food, sandwiches, and an interesting gift shop. Free showers are available, though cleanliness in the showers and bathrooms is often reported as poor. The staff is noted as super kind.
Stop to get gas had some trouble with the pump. But the lady at the counter was really super nice about it. Move to another pump, got my gas and moved on.

Great place to stop before going into Kansas. Good food selection with both A&W and Papa Johns.
