I'm not a customer but my sister has a storage unit here. I went to make a payment on her behalf. She was late on her payment but they still held it for her and didn't take possession of her things. Most storage places would've taken the person's belongings being two months behind. Lady in the office was nice and friendly. If I ever need a storage unit I will definitely check them out over Uhual.
