Walked in at 5:30 for a fill. Walked out at 7:55 in pain and covered in acrylic. The lady who did my nails was rough, careless, and unsanitary. Not only did she not wear a mask, she didn't speak at all and was popping gum in my face the whole time. First red flag was her missing the nail and hitting the pad of my finger multiple times while shaping the top of my nail. Then the Drill was on my finger so long I could feel heat through the acrylic. She completly destroyed my cuticles and the skin around it. All but three fingers had cuts on the cuticle area. I hope they disinfect everything good because she acknowledged I was bleeding (on multiple fingers) and continued to work. No apologies offered just "oh you bleed". I had tears in my eyes the entire time and physically had to blow on my hand from them using acetone to clean up the polish because it was burning so bad. I could clearly tell who Jamie was (I can see why people speak highly of her) and it was not the lady I had. Unfortunately Jamie polished my nails so she had to be aware of how the were. Nothing said and charged full price by her. Would NOT recommend.

0/10 do not recommend. This place needs to be shut down. Myself and a friend came here for a pedicure. Only 1 older lady working. No other customers in the building. The lady was not friendly or welcoming. The pedicure felt rushed. No communication from the lady she just threw our feet and legs around. She was trying to get gel polish off my toes by scrapping and peeling them using a metal tool, in the mean time she ended up breaking my toe nails. No apology. No plans to cut or fix the nail until I insisted. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever gotten.

While waiting on a lunch date I went to A1 nails as a walk in. i wanted a pedicure. No one else was there. The lady who works there said when I told her what I wanted...color or acrylic. That was the first and only thing she said before the finale words...thirty dollars. I've had many pedicures but never has one hurt so much. Twice I said ouch (because it really hurt) she just looked irritated. I surly wouldn't go back and would never recommend this business.

The person that did our nails was so sweet! I went with my best friend and we had the greatest time and good conservation. Plus the nails looked really good after, definitely needed it.
