ABF freight destroyed a $18,000 1/2 scale f1 Mclaren and sent me a $282 check to cover it. Would never trust them anyting again

We had a 500 pound delivery to our home address with a narrow gate, and narrow/sloping (down) driveway. The driver, Kyle, was very competent, professional, and friendly. He arrived on-time and went the extra mile to make sure the delivery was perfect. We'll be using ABF Freight again.

Extremely poor delivery service. Driver refused to deliver to the home even though we had paid for it. He insisted the customer to pull the pilot jack themselves up the driveway that had hardwood flooring on the pilot jack. Will never use this company again.

Sets an appointment to deliver shipment take off work for them to call and say can't deliver. you come get it or have to take off work Another day! paid 600 for shipping to be delivered to my house. Worst customer service I've ever heard of I didn't ask to deal with this company just paid 600 in shipping fees to have my order and get talked trash too.

We have used this moving service a handful of times and no problems whatsoever. They deliver the trailer on time. They pick it up on time. Gets to the destination on time. They always answer the phone and answer my questions.

They have the worst customer service! I have an item that has been sitting at their facility waiting on on delivery for 5 days. I called Monday and schedule for it to be delivered today, and was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. I have received zero communication from them today about the delivery and can’t get anyone to answer the phone! I am losing money every day they won’t deliver, because my business requires the package I am waiting on.

Moved family pictures, electronics, furniture, tools from Tulsa to Tucson. 6x7x8 pod delivered in the morning. Was able to pack. Was hot and humid day but was packed in one day. Able to bring back everything we wanted. POD picked up on Monday. Delivered in Tucson the following week on Tuesday. POD looked the same as when it was packed. Cost was the same as renting SUV with drop charges. Driving fo 2 10 hour days with food, gas, tolls, and hotels would have been additional cost. Was able to fly home. Easy to work with the company.

Love these guys!!!! We moved from La, CA to Tulsa, OK in April of 2020. These guys went way above and beyond in the midst of the virus melee. They were professional, and we above and beyond to make our move as stressless as possible. They were a ray of sunshine in the midst of our personal storm. In fact, they were the only ray of sunshine in our midst. Jamie at ABF in Tulsa was so helpful and we are so thankful.
