Should be 0 stars available. Horrible customer service and the phone services are a joke. I've never applied for a loan here, yet I get something in the mail WEEKLY! Online chat can't help, local branches are useless, and phone numbers don't give the option to do anything if you don't already have an account. Predatory. Stay away.
