Needed a hard to find convenience battery for a MB 550SL. I tried Costco, Auto Zone, & 2 other places before calling Advance Auto at 67th & Memorial. They had 5 in stock. They had it ready for me when I arrived. When they saw I was physically handicapped, they carried it out to my car & refused the tip. Very rare for a city that usually hates & discriminates against the handicapped. Well done!

So this advance is rude and when I went pt return my headlight bulbs I got the third degree of why I wanted to return them, what's wrong with them and why would I buy them if I didn't use them. Then I was told I had to have the credit card used to make the purchase or I could get a store credit. I would never want a store credit from a store that treats anyone like this. I will use it anywhere else after this. And I hope everyone who reads this follows suit, it is one thing for store policy to require the original card but she did not say that she just was acting like I stole $75 light bulbs. I mean I bought 2 $200 struts on the same receipt let's get real.

The girl behind the counter was great. Wouldnt give up looking for the part until found. It was put in the wrong place in their stock. She was extremely pleasant and courteous.

"Good service" but.....?DON'T APPLY HERE FOR JOB?They call me for a job interview, I made the interview we end in good terms and never call me back. Very unprofessional and i not recommended they starting paying u only 13 dollars no matter how many knowledge you have.. Miss. A the lady whoever interview me... listen if you no like your job no more ( I can see in your face) don't make life hard for others.. thanks

Staff is ok but not very knowledgeable. The kid with the ponytail knows a lot about nothing. Maybe training your employees better would help the location.

The service Tech was courteous and knowledgeable. The items needed were ready as promised upon arrival for pick up. When a separate item was needed, I was instantly provided with an alternate site that had exactly the item needed. Great performance and recommended.
