We recently had a very mixed experience with AirGas. We went in person to their store and was told they couldn't fill up our personal cylinder with C02 unless we owned a truck by an employee due to state regulations. We checked this and that isnt true so I am not sure whether that employee made this up or didnt understand the law. We called after checking the laws for OK and was told over the phone they dont fill cylinders at all and may do a trade. At this point we had gotten conflicting information so we decided to go elsewhere and had no issue nor were we told we couldn't due to state law by the other company. Very confusing experience, wont be using Airgas again anytime soon.

have done business with them for 7 years have only had horrible problems with them over the last 2 years. can’t fill orders in time. deliver empty bottles as full billed wrong stuff horrible customer service don’t use the. unless you have to!

I can send you over to a sales manager, but probably won't sell to a specific group of people!

There is an Air Gas store in Broken Arrow. The delivery truck runs on Thursday afternoon. If you are not there when the truck unloads you may be out of luck for the welding gas you need. For me all I need an 80 cu ft bottle of Argon. They send 1 bottle a week to the BA store. Not convent for me to do, but I drive to the Peoria store because I can never get that 1 bottle when it comes in. What would it hurt to keep 2 at the BA store?

I went here for parts for my welder.... they not only had them on hand, they were extremely fair on price! everyone I worked with was knowledgeable... Highly recommend!

Can't honestly remember the last time I received such Amazing customer services. I came in will all of my usual awkwardness stumbling over my words not quite sure what to say and was met with friendly professionalism. The sales rep Burce Payne was kind and courteous and totally willing to help me figure out what I needed to take care of to set up an account and lease a tank (at a great price for the lease and fills also). Heck while I was there the battery on my vehicle died so one of the employees pulled their truck around and gave me a jump start. Couldnt recommend the Airgas at 31 N Peoria enough for your welding gas supply needs!
