DON'T USE THIS PLACE'S REPAIR SERVICE!!! I brought two of my guns in for repair. They claimed to have fixed them. But said guns are having the same issues I brought them into repair for.
Everything else is okay. Staff are nice and informative. But stay away from their garbage repair service.

All the other bad reviews are accurate. This place SUCKS. It is absolutely only in business because it’s the ONLY airsoft place in Tulsa to go. Prices are horrendous, the employees are 50/50 on whether they’re cool or not. Sales, tech work, policies surrounding both sales and tech work, how they manage the field/store makes you wonder how people still support them. The way they do business makes me not want to play airsoft.

This place sells items for wayyyyyyy too much. The prices at the shop are 4x more than what you can find online or anywhere else. I got an item that didn’t even work and they don’t have a return policy. The employees are not very understanding and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend.

Went to a kids bday party and the party room smelled of cigarette smoke. One kid couldn't even play bc it was adding to his allergies so he had to sit out. They MUST put a sign somewhere that tells patrons about the smoking. They are more concerned with the dollar than kids with asthma.

Each time I came in, there was a sickeningly, strong smell of incense, the radio they had was blaring, and a couple of the employees acted like it was a big deal to come out of the back to help someone. The tall bearded guy, and the one with glasses was extremely helpful, each time I came in there. Their prices were way too high for what we are getting when we can get the same thing much cheaper online with shipping. I found a few guns that were $300 plus there, but online were only about $200. I know they have overhead, but that is almost price gouging.
I checked out the field. HPA is only allowed on Weds. Which hurts since a lot of people want to run HPA. The bigger employee in the field treats people playing like idiots and fights with other employees. He spends 20 minutes on the safety briefing, which should only take a few minutes. He needs to be let go. They even shoot the kids just because they can. Their rental guns are terrible, when every other field uses much better rentals. The masks are uncomfortable and cheap. The price for the field is high since other fields let you play all day for about $40, where here, you pay $20 for only 3 hours. Would be better if you can pay $40, come in about 9am, and be able to play all day until about 5 or 6 pm. Even should be able to leave for an hour or so, get lunch, then continue your game for the day. I even hear that most of the players at the indoor go to other fields for their outdoor play since those fields have much more diverse gameplay and actual buildings.
I know it's long winded, but Airsoft Tulsa seems to have the mentality that because they are the only place in Tulsa, they can only see players as money pits. If the store and the field doesn't change, they will shut down very soon.

For the record all the positive reviews are bought and paid for by the managment of airsoft tulsa, conduct business enough times with airsoft tulsa and they will absolutely screw you over first chance they get. Wether it's the sorry excuse of rental guns they charge you $30 bucks to use (not including admission nor bb's, that extra lol) or the %50 mark up they add on top of retail price for all their items in store. Discord mod running the indoor field doesn't do em any favors ether.

I shop at this store quite a bit. The sales people are nice, help with anything I need and go out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. The bad reviews seem to be from people want something for free. They even have some of the best gun selection in all of Oklahoma.

They sold me a broken foregrip, took it back and they charged me again to get a new one. Don’t go here ?

The owner does not care one bit about his customer’s experience playing or buying Airsoft. I have played at this field for over 10 years (because it’s the only option and they definitely know that). The refs are man children with ego problems, the store WILL sell you guns that are rigged to break. One time their sales manager sold me a suppressor that “will work for my gun”, 5 min later I come back in showing how it doesn’t fit and all I can get is store credit?!? just a trash business, they’re only still around because they have no competition
