Each time I came in, there was a sickeningly, strong smell of incense, the radio they had was blaring, and a couple of the employees acted like it was a big deal to come out of the back to help someone. The tall bearded guy, and the one with glasses was extremely helpful, each time I came in there. Their prices were way too high for what we are getting when we can get the same thing much cheaper online with shipping. I found a few guns that were $300 plus there, but online were only about $200. I know they have overhead, but that is almost price gouging. I'm sorry, but if I can get the same guns online for under half of the store, I'll buy it online. I checked out the field. HPA is only allowed on Weds. Which hurts since a lot of people want to run HPA. The bigger employee in the field treats people playing like idiots and fights with other employees. He spends 20 minutes on the safety briefing, which should only take a few minutes. He needs to be let go. They even shoot the kids just because they can. Their rental guns are terrible, when every other field uses much better rentals. The masks are uncomfortable and cheap. The price for the field is high since other fields let you play all day for about $40, where here, you pay $20 for only 3 hours. Would be better if you can pay $40, come in about 9am, and be able to play all day until about 5 or 6 pm. Even should be able to leave for an hour or so, get lunch, then continue your game for the day. I even hear that most of the players at the indoor go to other fields for their outdoor play since those fields have much more diverse gameplay and actual buildings. I know it's long winded, but Airsoft Tulsa seems to have the mentality that because they are the only place in Tulsa, they can only see players as money pits. If the store and the field doesn't change, they will shut down very soon

I used to go to the store all the time. I also played at their outdoor field quite often, and we had our fun, but over the years, they have gotten extremely high on prices, and they really don't like to answer questions. On other accounts, I've had friends that bought guns there that they have takin things like battery's and chargers out to sell separately. I heard that from one of the older workers that used to work there. I'm all for local businesses, but I would just be safe and shop online.

The guy running this place is a joke! Do not take your equipment needing repairs to this place as the kids are pressed to purposefully jack with your stuff so that you take that back for repair. This guy also writes his younger workers up for being out ill with covid....after contracting it from another positive co-worker mind you, he terminates younger workers after bullying them for their truthful morals, bullies them if he just doesn't like them, their sexual orientation, and makes fun of workers with disabilities. I am actually fairly certain that all of those reasons are protected from wrongful termination. These practices are also indicative of scams, scumbags, and psychopaths. Watch out for your kids, Tulsa!

Shane was tremendously helpful at the Kashistan outdoor game today. We all had a blast! We can’t wait until the next outdoor match!

Super fun, staff is knowledgeable, friendly, organized. Will do again but would be great if there were actual rooms inside!

I placed an online order for a Christmas gift in October 2021 and never received it. The item is an airsoft mortar launcher and it was $156.05. I have emailed and called the store many times and no one called me back or replied to my emails. I sent a message on Facebook and they blocked me. Do not order online from this business. It's a scam Order 1866.

Great one on one service. Carey was a great help picking out what I wanted. Took the time to work with me on the massive selection of guns. Great store, great staff.

Bought a $200 airsoft pistol to play with my friends about 30 minutes out from the store and it broke before I could start playing. Tried to exchange it before the game started but they refused and said they needed to try to repair it first which would take a couple days

My only two complaints were that they didn't do military discounts and the rentals could've been better other then that it was a great field and I had an amazing time.

I ordered 2 Thunder B kits online from here. At first they were a huge help when I called to make sure they had them in stock and could get them shipped to me before our next trip to the field. It was odd that online they were $39.99 each, when I called they told me they were $49.99 each, and then when I received them the sticker said $44.99 each. But not a big deal to worry then and they were on it getting it shipped out to me. The one star review is because they are advertised as the Hakkotsu Thunder B, which is the better quality core. However, when I received them in the mail, I was sent the cheaper Valken Thunder Vs. I thought surely there was a mix up, so I called. Guy again was helpful and sounded concerned and told me he would have the owner call me back. I never received a call back. So after a few days, I called back with the same questions and got the same response that they would look in to it and call me back. We are now going on a week and still no call back. I will not use them for business again, nor will I tell friends to buy from them. Sometimes it takes buying stuff from companies to find out they aren't reputable.

They have a big range of items for sale, their indoor field is great, only 2 issues i had was i couldnt tell who my team was because it was so dark at the indoor field, and the trade in wasnt very good on an impulse buy on a 349 dollar gun, but i still recommend this place

Cool staff, great gear! Won't regret shopping here, they got alot of neat vests, airsoft gear, and airsoft guns. As well as knifes, swords, and some other neat stuff. Kinda feels like a man Cave.

The place is great but there's a new admin who has been on the field and acted like a player. He would hide behind bunkers and when he got shot he would go up to the people and get on to them when they couldn't tel if he was a player or admin. There were also a group of 4 or 3 and they were full autoing players and did this every match and no other admins talked to them about it (from what ive seen) except for the new admin which he never kicked them out after multiple accounts of them doing it and then it got to the point where no one cared and he kept full autoing. Although this might be a misunderstanding he called me out for blind firing when I was clearly aiming down sights. It's a good place but the staff is sometimes rude from what I've heard from my friends.

We had my son’s 8th birthday party here. The staff, Triston and Braden, went above and beyond for us! Anything we needed, they took care of if. They were so laid back and kind. We will be having more parties here because this place is awesome and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much for making my son’s party awesome!

They were really careful about safety, and were willing to give us a discount because Groupon wasn't working even though we already payed for the Groupon discount. The people there were really nice and understanding, so much so that I've decided to leave a review and actually write something this time.
