Reserved a car only to be told when I got to the Airport in Tulsa that no cars were available. Lady in booth gave me no explanation, only kept saying they had no cars. Don't understand if you reserve a car, on time to pick up that a car is not available. Very poor customer service & will not rent again from either Alamo, National or Enterprise being they are actually the same company.

I prepaid for my rental reservation and went to pick up the vehicle this evening. There was a sign at the booth directing me to the enterprise booth where I waited for 2 staff members that arrived together. Calvin Page was rude and says he cannot accept my form of payment. His coworker says they are able to accept my form of payment, he has been accepting them all day. I then agreed and let Calvin know I just rented using this form of payment a few weeks ago and it's a credit card not a prepaid or debit card. He mocked me and then says per Monica, they are not allowed to accept my form of payment and hands me my card. His tone of voice and body language were aggressive and him mocking me was very rude. I walked away and the 2 staff members were still arguing about it. As I prepared to leave, I recalled that I'd selected to prepay for the vehicle rather than pay upon return and there was a notice indicating a $50 fee cancelations less than 24hrs. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the window to ask if that could be waived. Calvin Page was once again rude as he sat back in his chair and insisted that there was only a $1 hold. I reviewed my charge and confirmed the $57.51 was deducted. Yes, just a small amount because it's a 1 day rental for a turn around trip from Tulsa to Norman to pick up my niece from OU. At this point my hand is visibly shaking and tears are swelling in my eyes. The other employee is looking at me apologetically and the other is dismissive. I just asked for his name and he gave me a card. Mason provided excellent customer service my last rental and the customer service representative on the phone tonight did as well. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service, rude and discriminatory behavior provided by Calvin Page this evening is an experience I hope to never have again with Alamo or it's affiliate companies.

Picked up vehicle in Tulsa, OK. Checkin was smooth and efficient. Vehicle was clean, gas tank full and performance great. Drop off was, again, smooth. Marcus, Alamo staffer was friendly and helpful.

Rented in Tulsa and returned to OKC.I just want to say this was the best rental experience I have had. The SUV we got was fantastic and everything was great - a shout out to Mania who provided the best customer service for us. I will definitely pick Alamo the next time I'm back in Oklahoma.

Appreciated the assistance of Debra and Paul at the Tulsa Airport Alamo. They were courteous and helpful. Car worked well for the 4 days of rental.

This place is a mess. They wouldn’t let me rent a car with my debit card without a flight ticket. When I booked the car it did not tell me I couldn’t use a debit card. It wasn’t until I was there for the car when we were going on our road trip that I found this out. Total waste of time.

Check in desk not staffed. Parking garage booth not staffed. Was not informed of new airport policy that required a credit card and additional $300 charge on a credit card - I have no credit card and drove three hours to find that out.

The two african-american Enterprise agents that work the morning shift here were rude and didn’t help at all. We’ve been here since midnight and instead of helping us fix the issue that was at hand, they shut the window on us. Customer service on -0. No stars for no help. Don’t rent from here.

My flight was delayed an hour and there was no one at the counter. Hopefully they will still have a car available tomorrow. Very frustrating that there was no night staff.Update: called customer service in the morning. Customer service agent and supervisor were not empathetic to the situation. Never apologized for the frustration that I felt or the inconvenience. Had to Uber to and from hotel which I am now out for. They are not reimbursing. This was my worst experience with a car rental.

Katie, the customer care representative who checked us in for our Alamo rental in the Tulsa Oklahoma airport garage was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to get tollbooth pass for our traveling. This was something I forgot about and Katie offered it up after we discussed where we were traveling to. Mini van was clean, comfortable and accommodated 4 women and all of our luggage. Upon returning vehicle, I did share with the young fellow that the reverse was highly sensitive and would brake when there was nothing to brake for. However, overall vehicle was great.
