Gina saved my day after looking all day for a storage I decided to walk in to her facility and in less than 15 min I had a unit she explained how great there security is and I couldn’t agree more I wish I would have came here first 5 star in minimal for what this experience deserves

I just wanna say that my experience at first was horrible but calling around getting a hold of other locations help so much. Brittney at the Peoria location was very helpful she listen to my concerns about the location I was trying to have my unit in and handled all my problems with in the hour Thanks very much Brittney I appreciate you. Second off the lady that was called over to open that location was very funny,helpful, she knows her job and made my day so much better her name is K. Mullins your a very special woman and the title you have should be so much more we had many problems even after handling things in the office after doing online that she got it all handled like a adult and help me with everything I needed help with. She even went above and beyond to find me more medium boxes that they did not have. Thanks very much Miss K and Thanks again for coming to open the store for me!!!

Billie and Kathy are so easy to work with. I have rented here twice. Super friendly with great attitudes. Now they have motion detection in the units to protect all your valuables. Awesome place to rent close to home

I've been at the facility for years I was there when it used to be Alcatraz storage and ever since it's changed names and Billie has been working there things have changed for the better I wouldn't want to have my bongings in any other facility. She does an amazing job. She goes above and beyond . Thanks Billie for all that you do.
