Aldi has the fastest checkout in the country! And best buys on produce and meat, poultry & fish. And quality products like fans, pajamas, candles, humidifiers, gas grills et al. I take my shopping list to Aldi FIRST and then go to WM to finish.

Today while shopping Aldi's Tulsa Hills,
I slipped and fell on green grapes on the floor by the potatoes. It was around 2:00 pm.
The fall hurt.
I immediately looked for an employee to report the slimy fruit on the floor. I also alerted the slippery mess to other shoppers to prevent further falls
I found an employee, whom I later found to be the manager, and showed him the mess and said I had slipped and fallen on it
No apologies whatsoever.
I finished my shopping and found two more areas with smashed, slimy grapes on the floors in different aisles.
I looked back at the same section where I had slipped and it was still a wet area.
So much for customer care and safety!

I was just left Aldi on Tulsa Hills and the lady with the blond hair got called in for backup to check people out because the line was getting too long she was very very very rude. I asked her what a particular item is that rang up as if I cannot tell the difference between the price of something vs the total and she said oh no and gave a smart remark. I said I know how to tell the difference it came up together so fast and she was like oh ok then I guess she call herself mad or something and proceeded to act rude again with the basket and trying to pull it, very rude very rude. And from the loos of the reviews this is not her first doing this just rude.

I love shopping at Aldi, however the thing that annoys me is the checker scanning my items, and then throwing them in the cart. It is a mess when you go to put your things in the bags. The store on Olympia in Tulsa has so much trash under the cart bays that it is disgusting. They need to clean it up.

This branch continues the franchise's excellence. As usual, all the groceries that I want are arranged in well-organized aisles at reasonable prices. Also, Shawn provides an excellent checkout experience.
