Just want to say Traci Standifer exemplified exceptional customer service during our stay. I saw personally how she handled a difficult situation and I appreciate the professionalism she showed during that encounter. Thank you Traci!

If you are offered the choice between staying here or inside Satan's anus, choose the anus.

BED BUGS!!!! Worst stay in my life. Found a beg bug on me after a couple of hours in the room. We left right away and was told I’ll be refunded for the 2 nights booked. I was never refunded.

I want to start this review by saying the staff is extremely nice. I wish this hotel reflected their hospitality. I will only list the facts when it comes this hotel. As a fellow business traveler I have visited many hotels, and though this hotel is semi clean. It lacks simple amenities, that people who are on the road need. So, gym is broken (complete remodel for months) and there aren’t any sister locations you can go to and work out. They do not have any microwaves in the rooms, only one downstairs in the lobby. Also only one full size towel is supplied per room. Walls are really thin. I know people always say that but this is true. You will never get absolute quiet at a hotel, but the insulation here is non existent. Even basic hotels can muffle out some sounds, not here you will hear everything out in the halls. Lobby has a mildew smell, and bar lacks any character. If you can avoid booking this hotel for work I would suggest it. The only positives are the staff is friendly and the rooms get really cold, so great AC system.

In my profile, I ask for a room near the elevator. They gave me a room at the opposite end of the hall from the elevator. Not really a big deal, but when I got to the room, the door had been propped open as was the door across the hall. I did a quick sweep and looked fine. Bed was comfortable and room was chilly, just how I like it.

Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. Upon arrival at Aloft Tulsa, I was immediately faced with a broken door lock on my room, forcing me to change rooms. The first room smelled terrible, and while the second room was slightly better, it was unbearably hot. Despite setting the air conditioning to its lowest temperature (60 degrees), I had to sleep without blankets or sheets because it was still too warm.Adding to the discomfort, there was no alarm clock in the room, and the number of towels provided was insufficient for two people. We had to request extra towels and washcloths. Additionally, there was no hair dryer, which is a basic amenity in most hotels, and we had to request that too. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, a concerning safety issue that should have been addressed immediately. The TV in the room was outdated, with no streaming services or capabilities, making the in-room entertainment options very limited. The bar, which was supposed to be a highlight of the hotel, was never open during our stay, which was a significant letdown. To top it all off, the hotel was undergoing some form of construction. However, the entire place was filthy, and it seemed like the construction was only happening on one side. There was no excuse for the general uncleanliness throughout the hotel. From what I've read in other reviews, it seems like these issues are not isolated incidents. Other guests have also reported similar problems, such as broken amenities, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance. It's clear that Aloft Tulsa has a consistent problem with upkeeping their facilities and providing basic hospitality services. I would not stay here again and advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation.

Been renovated.. service needs a little improvement. It took some prompting to get the staff to service the room after a few days.Walkability: Everything is within walking distance

Our stay at Aloft Hotel in Tulsa was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We arrived tired from a long road trip with our three kids, only to encounter endless problems.Firstly, it took forever before we were able to get into our room. When we finally did, we found that there was no running water. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were dirty.I approached the front desk to address these issues, but the staff member was incredibly unhelpful. He insisted on helping the customer next in line before disappearing into the back room for an extended period. When he eventually returned, he had no answers for either me or the person behind me.By this time, my kids were growing restless and tired. I asked for a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, but the front desk employee yelled at me, telling me to contact the third-party website through which I had booked. I did so, only to receive an email later stating that the hotel had refused to accept the refund. Our experience at Aloft Hotel was beyond disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. The level of service and cleanliness was abysmal, and the staff was unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to stay in Tulsa.

Rooms were very dirty. Layers of grime. Took 3 tries to find a room that didn't reak like heavy smoke or something else.Bathroom shower and floor edges look liked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.Grime built up on the phone handset. Overall just not clean.Only thing positive was the nice guest service guy that tried finding a room that didn't smell.Won't stay here again.

The service is terrible, the only person who works at the reception is a jerk. I have never been treated badly in my life in a hotel.

They seem to have come back up to their previous standards. Initially when booking the price had jumped, but when checking in they voluntarily found us a better rate.Rooms: Due to an injury, we needed an accessible room this trip. It was disappointing. It was located two thirds of the way down the hall from the elevators, and the shower was far from truly accessible. It was the same size, the same glass doors and 4" curb at entry, and no seat. Adding a hand held shower head was the only change.Noteworthy details: No charge for your dog

I have stayed at this hotel before a few years ago and there is absolutely no comparison. Booked with my membership and paid with my points and cash so asking for a refund or canceling wasn’t aloud. Upon arrival the front desk was short winded and straight to the point which in some circumstances is nice but a hello thank you for being a member would have been nice. I requested a first floor room as I have a baby and luggage and wanted to be able to access the side door to make it a little easier and I feel like that was the worst mistake. Not only did the door not even work but the hall had a horrible odor of dogs and mold. Entering my room the smell got even stronger and when I took my shoes off the carpet felt wet as if there was a water leak somewhere or maybe built up dog urine. Sleeping was out of the question as I could hear dogs and banging all night. I only prepaid for this hotel because I had stayed without an issue before but I highly regret it. This property is ran down and not cleaned properly. I work at a hotel and I would be ashamed if it looked anything like this. Do not recommend
