Twice this year scheduling a pickup and they dont show up. I leave donations outside at the end of the sidewalk all day long all for nothing. Never again.

So this is the THIRD TIME we have had something for them to have. They have NOT arrived ALL THREE TIMES!! And now the goods have been on the porch for 5 days!! They suk and do not care

The same woman answers the phone and ACTS like she's scheduling but, it's all fake!
And you can't notify anyone to tell them what this woman is doing!!
HUGE WAS OF TIME!
BOYCOTT THE STORE!!!!!!!!!
