What a wonderful small business tan by even more wonderful small business owners! The food is sooo flavorful, my favorite being the gyros or the Mexican casserole. Everything is made with care and love and you can taste it!!

I love Frank and Ann, they have a great business and have pure hearts. They have a great cafeteria. I'm on a reviewing kick and my ratings aren't meant to be mean. Get a footlong when you go there, it's a fantastic sandwich. Their burrito supreme is good. I wish that they would remove the lunch special and replace it with hot dogs and pizza slices. Gyros would be a great addition to the menu...

Anns and Frank are super people and run a nice little Restaurant and convenience store on the 1st Floor of Boulder Towers. Along with her solid daily specials, Ann has a "secret" menu of ethnic dishes throughout the week. Lots of traditional Pakistani dishes to keep the diverse community of Boulder Towers satisfied. Along with Ann's food and service, Frank will remember your name and always have a personal comment or story to share. Give Ann's Deli a try, you won't be disappointed!

This place is great, especially for being on the ground level of the building I work in. They have a wide range of cheap food on their menu, as well as daily specials for breakfast and lunch. The specials come with a good deal of food and a drink for the price you pay which surprises me for how good it usually is. Not to mention they have a big fully stocked convenience store with everything you'd expect. All in all, this place has great food - at a better price, it's quick and then there's the convenience store aspect that has anything else you could possibly want.

Very friendly and personable staff. The owners are really good people. I enjoy going to Ann's to make fast purchases and chatting. I definitely give them 5 stars!!!

This place is in my office building, so I frequent it out of convenience. While I've never tried the lunch items I do eat their breakfast sandwiches regularly and they are great. I prefer the (turkey) bacon, egg and cheese croissants.

Has awesome food. Has limited hours but would not miss it, especially tuesdays.. they are mexican special of the days with salsa made from fresh ingredients from scratch. Also does great catering services!
