My wife and I have used Appliance Solutions for a few of our appliance needs. They are always friendly and give great customer service. Our washing machine went bad over the weekend and we got online and picked out a new one. I called Appliance Solutions and Violet was amazing to talk to and she answered all of our questions. Our old machine went bad on a Sunday morning and we had the new machine delivered and installed on Tuesday. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends. Mike M.

The scoop: I was actually going to another store but it was closed so I came across Appliance Solutions. Best decision save me money on everything and had the fridge I needed. Definitely stop by. Everyone was nice and courteous. Will be returning.
Also delivery guy, Derek did an excellent job on installing, thank you sir.

I had a suggestion from a repair guy on my refrigerator from a different store to try appliance solutions. I was so glad I did. I saved $200, they were able to deliver 2 days after I purchased and the delivery guy was so thorough and asked me exactly how I want my washer and dryer aligned in the laundry room. He worked to get my washer and dryer exactly where I wanted them lined up. He was polite and very good at his job and taking time to see they were working properly before leaving!! I strongly recommend Appliance Solutions for all your appliance needs!

Matt was very helpful when we called on the phone to help us find what we needed.Told us what was on sale and we were ready to buy! When I called back to get more details another guy answered the phone and was also extremely helpful. Then Derek delivered our new dryer today and we can’t say enough good things about him. He was so polite, professional,answered all our questions and installed everything perfectly. We are very pleased with this company and their staff . We will use them again:)

I would give 10 stars if I could. We went to 4 appliance stores before purchasing our appliances here. Violet did an exceptional job of providing us information on the appliances were interested in, and maximizing our deals. We bought three appliances, and I could not find a lower price online or in store anywhere else. The delivery went great as well.
Additionally, my fridge was making a weird noise. They came out the next day and will be replacing a part at no charge to me.
Furthermore, I had an issue with my rebate. I called the store and they are currently handling it for me.
I cannot recommend this store enough for appliances. Ask for Violet!

Called in trying to track down a basic part. Guy tells me it's gonna cost over 80 dollars and they don't have it in. When I asked about the high price, he claims it is the retail price. Less than 10 minutes later, I locate the part I need elsewhere for $25.99. I guess he thought I needed three of them or something? Either way, that was a total rip-off. I'm glad I just laughed at him and ended the conversation. Get real.

Sam, Joey, and Matt were great in the store helping us pick out new appliances. Derek who installed did a great job and was very professional. Violet at the store was always very nice on all my questions when I called the store. First time getting new appliances from appliance solutions but will use them on future purchases.

We really like this store. We did have a problem with a refrigerator (Samsung, of course). Samsung refused to fix it. So this store stepped in and replaced the fridge with another brand. I would definitely purchase from them again and I will recommend this store to others. My experience has been that they value their customers. And their customer service is fabulous.

Thank you to Derek who came to install my gramas washer! He treated her and myself with great care and respect and asked if we needed anything else. He even held the door open and helped my grama up the front steps!
