The one star (and mostly older) rating here really surprise me. I've purchased from Appliance Solutions multiple times in the last 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences. We remodeled my mother's kitchen 2 years back and she bought a new dishwasher, microwave and oven from them and has been very happy with the purchase. The sales people were very friendly and helped her find something that had all the features she was looking for that was in her price range. The delivery team did a great job and happily hauled off the old appliances and took care in installing the new ones. They even came back a few weeks later to help us make sure the dishwasher was balanced after it had been moved during the remodel for no charge or fee. More recently, I've used them to purchase a refrigerator for a new house and they, again, were friendly and helpful. The delivery team did a really impressive job getting the fridge in to the house through some tight spaces without bumping the walls or door frame despite the limited room to maneuver. And when I need some help adjusting one of the French doors a few days later, I called the store and they immediately scheduled someone to come help me (with no extra charge or service fee) get it set the way I wanted and show me to how to handle it if I wanted to reposition it again later. I've only had nothing but pleasant interactions with the people that I've dealt with throughout our several purchases and will definitely do business with them again.

I was able to get a technician at my house within a few hours of calling. Prices are very reasonable. Susie was incredibly quick and helpful on the phone. Vernon did fantastic work ensuring our washing machine was fixed properly. He also showed me maintenance tips to prevent avoidable issues in the future. I would use their services again.

Let’s talk about how much I love appliance solutions.1. Joey answered the phone, gave me an immediate estimate, and promised a lead time of max two days.2. Chris and Chris came out two days after I initially called and at the very start of the time estimate for the day. They gave me a 30 minute heads up, were incredibly knowledgeable, and installed my new appliance with skill and positivity. Salesman was very helpful, not pushy and knew what he was talking about. Product is solid, delivery was prompt and effecient. They showed up early in the day, knocked out the delivery and hooked me up right. I will be back for more!

The buying experience is great. You will feel welcome and important. When you need their "in house service" that they tell you about when you're buying, that's when the disappointment starts. I never sort reviews to negative, I always look at recent because I think it's a good representation of the now. In this case, I wish I had sorted to negative, because I may have saved myself some time and trouble. If you decide to do that, you will learn all you need to know in those reviews as well as their responses to them. If you decide to buy and have a need for warranty service, save yourself the time and trouble and just call the manufacture. I spent 5 months on the hook waiting on these folks to get results before I finally called the manufacture and it was handled in less than 1 week. The in house service is lacking and you will feel less important with each passing week.

The customer service at Appliance Solutions was awesome. Joey Parrish spent quite some time going over the different brands of ranges snd their options. He was very knowledgeable and made our shopping experience a breeze! So far we have purchased 3 major appliances from Appliance Solutions and I know if I need anything they will be my go to company!!

I was discouraged about the high cost of a washer I needed for my stackable unit. Joey was great to help me find a washer and dryer for not much more than I was quoted for just a washer. Joey was also great to understand my rushed need for delivery and install since I have 10 children I take care of. All was great, I will definitely be back.

Bought a refrigerator 2yrs ago and it has now failed. Won't cool. I've already lost over $600 worth of groceries, nearly the price of the entire fridge itself.Called the store Monday to schedule a technician to come and inspect the fridge since I purchased the extended warranty. I was told I would get a call back. Never came. Waited another day to be courteous. No call back. Called in Wednesday and was told I would get a call back. No call back. Called in again today, twice, and was told both times I'd get a call back. Still no call back. I will call in tomorrow and likely be told the same thing.I'm beginning to think this is intentional.

Purchased in July. Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Freezer, full 5yr warranty, delivery, everything. In Oct, I'm still dealing with these people, almost 4 months later. I've had to call dozens of times to get deliver dates or any kind of update. They say they'll call you the next day, but rarely do. Prices were okay but I'd pay extra to not have to deal with all these issues. They're real quick to sell you on rebates when you go in. They tell you no worries, they'll submit them for you. However, after almost 4 months of near daily requests for updates, I had to submit them myself and am only receiving 25% of the rebates they told me when I purchased and then promised me they were submitting all along the way. When someone sells you an item saying it cost a price and you'll get a rebate of this ammount later, you expect that to be true. When it doesn't work out later, not their problem. Doesn't give me much confidence in the warranties they sold me. I tried shopping local, but never again with these people. What a headache! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Violet helped us out with purchasing our fridge and laundry set and gave us nothing but great customer service! Incredible experience with very caring people!! The delivery was prompt and everything was installed perfectly. Nothing but good things to say! Will definitely be returning and spreading the word!

I needed a new washer and have had great experiences before with Appliance Solutions. My sales associate, Violet was patient, knowledgeable and showed me my different options - she was great! There was no pressure and she only sold me what I needed. This is my appliance store from now on.

Went in the evening on 9/17, Joey welcomed us in and we greeted him back. We walked to the dishwashers and had been in previously and worked with Jay, who was very informative and nice, so we knew which one we wanted and was ready to buy. When we were walking up to the dishwashers Joey said “Hey guys, how are you?” and we responded once again and his response was “there it is, I got a response that time” after we originally responded to him but apparently didn’t hear either of us. After this comment, we decided to leave and go across the street to home depot and give them our business.

Worth the price and it was so convenient to have them deliver both machines and install them. I had to do nothing except for pick them out and pay. It's been a hard few months, so having one major problem of ours that I didn't have to micromanage or stress over was a massive relief. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

Appliance solutions was fantastic to work with. From the Salesman (Joey Parrish) to the Service Manager (Suzie) - they were phenomenal. Also, they are a local shop, so let’s make a change from buying from blockbuster stores, to shopping local!! You will not go wrong with Appliance Solutions.Also, any service call is dealt with locally. No customer service phone prompt. You get to work with a local individual that cares!

We stopped in yesterday to look at dishwashers and refrigerators. Both of ours are getting a little long in the tooth. We were greeted by Violet and we told her what we were looking for. She directed us to that area and said she would check back with us. After a few minutes she came back and proceeded to ask us a few questions about what features we were looking for in the appliances. Without being pushy or pressuring us she answered all of our questions provided real world information about how the appliances worked and their features. After a few minutes we decided what we wanted and purchased both items. This has got to have been the most enjoyable shopping experience we’ve had in a long, long time. Keep up the good work Violet. We plan on doing our appliance shopping here from now on, especially with Violet.
