I lost my wallet, so I went in to replace my cards at Peoria location. Guess I haven’t been inside of one in a while because instead of being able to sit down with somebody. I was asked every question under the sun in front of the lobby to confirm ID. Then was told one card per person, so my other cards were being canceled. As I explained why I have the cards for the business, the manger next to her spoke up “It’s one card per person”. Teller asked again so do you want me to cancel these cards? No, obviously. I left with nothing resolved. Got to my work van, called the Arvest line, spoke with an agent, and have two cards on the way in a 4 min phone call.Would like to have a bank/banker to sit and talk with when needed. Arvest dropped the ball.

I last time I was on the phone with you guys I was told bringing I'm the paper work I had for my ID was okay and I called to make sure cause I had a iffy feeling about this bank. Any other arvest bank would be fine with what I brought but, but once I got there they do make you go an extra mile for everything if it's not one things it's the next. So much different than the local arvest banks in tulsa.

Banking with Arvest has been the worst financial experience I've ever had, a constant headache. No other business has a problem with my address, but for some reason even after multiple verifications I never receive mail from Arvest. Today I was speaking with a representative over the phone to inquire about a transaction. He had my social and I gave him my current address. After a long hold he told me he couldn't verify my information and could no longer speak to me on the phone. He said he could only help if I went in person to a branch with a physical ID. Obviously I explained that I moved and that isn't possible. He stonewalled me and insisted there was nothing he could do for me. No other person could help me, a zoom call wasn't possible, no other form of verification was possible. How is that customer service? Will be promptly closing my account.

Below 1!! ATM kept my card. I am furious was out to purchase graduation gifts for 2 grandchildren. I am closing my accounts on Monday!!!

Prior to covid this branch was awesome! But once covid hit it was like the branch died! It was taking 25-45 min just to make a deposit. That didn’t change when the lobby opened either. BUT NOW YOU CANT EVEN GET A CASHIERS CHECK IN THE DRIVE THRU??? What is that? It’s like they’re trying to make people go to other locations. Hate to see Arvest go down like this.

OMG the incompetence of this bank. You can tell these tellers specifically what to accomplish in no unclear words, and still can't get things right. Very clearly owned by Walmart. The one on 71st in Tulsa lost my check. This one cannot get things right. If you'd pay attention, or train better you might be able. Take the stupid mask off, and concentrate on business. One more time, after the last few and I'm out.

Very slow drive through with conflicting signs posted about the hours and days open. I usually try to use a different (and quicker) branch, but this one is the closest to my home. It doesn’t matter the day or time I go - it is always super slow.

Completely disappointed in the service the branch manager is completely the worst and upon request still will not see customers. Do not go here.

How can the drive through be slower now that the lobby is closed? Is it a staffing issue or does the company not want to pay for staff? It's gotten terrible here. Please do something to fix this issue.

Went there at 5:15, the board also showed open. The guy (must be from India) told me we are closed. The website shows open till 6 pm.

The night deposit is Where the ATM is And your unable to do your deposit in a timely fashion due to the ATM I get off in the evening And have to sit for an hour in your lane flew night deposit because the ATM

The teller at drive thru are horrible they rather be talking to each other then getting their customers wait on it usually takes me almost 30-45 minutes if I am not the only car in the commercial line.
