Every time I go here to take money out of my account or to cash a check theirs like ten to twenty people in line and waiting for at least 30 min. They have at least four people to check out customers and only two available. It's ridiculous

Employees not friendly at all. They talk too much to each other and forget about the line of people waiting to be helped. They don't know how to make someone feel welcomed. Uptight people.

I went in and they did not accept my passport ID had to drive back home went to a different bank location and they accepted it you guys need to train your employees or not have rude people helping.

The branch account managers are very helpful and nice and the cashiers are horrible at customer service. One teller has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She withdrew a cashiers che k for me from the wrong account on one occasion and deposited a large check into the wrong account on another . ID# 0004Along with rolling her eyes and having a general bad additude. If I see her behind the counter from now on I'll wait for another cashier or go to another branch.

We miss the ability to enter the bank and utilize Teller services etc. It has been closed since the pandemic. Includes drive-through. There is a drive through ATM machine.

Customer no service. Do Not use this bank. We are going out of town and are account was locked and closed for they said Fraud suspicion. But the only idiots that can fix it is the fraud dept. who you can't get ahold of at all. "Even the branch manager couldn't get threw to them" she had to send an email she said. So Instead of going out of town for wedding we are waiting to get are accounts fixed to we can access are direct deposit and have Cards that work. We didn't even get a call or Email, letting us know are accounts are locked. We found out as we are trying to get gas in the car. Total damn joke this bank it. I've been told this happens all the time by the banker little girl. Do not bank here.

Customer service was horrible, i have 3 fraudulent charges adding up to my rent and all they said was that they cant do anything about it, and that it was the gas pumps fault and that's how they hacked me..

Even though I moved out of Arvest's service area 15 years ago, they're still my bank. I'm that happy with the service that they provide. Not having a bank nearby has been a challenge only twice in those 15 years and this was one. I needed a cashier's check and had to make a special visit to the area to get it.I was in the door at 8:05 this morning, got my check, and was back on my way within 15 minutes. Awesome service and that includes checking identification and getting the name printed on the check properly.I will continue to use Arvest as my bank, but I'm really hoping they will come to the Carolinas![Review 17087 overall - 122 in Oklahoma - 603 of 2022.]

Always very friendly super kind and go out of their way to help you. This bank is always super busy. They need lots more employees and a bigger building.. ?? One of the tubes broke in the drive-thru and tellers Austin came out and was handing people their stuff and taking it back and forth. Super awesome! Thank you Austin for going out of your way to take care of that line. I was not in his line but I appreciate that he was so kind courteous to the other customers. What a way to start the week Happy Monday everybody,!
