Arvest just keeps giving me reasons to move accounts to other banks. Don't be fooled by their touting that they have notary services for members: they'll use any and every stupid loophole to go out of their way to NOT provide customers helpful services.

Absolutely the worst bank ever! I am not talking about the branch but rather corporate. In the last 4 months I have had to walk an elderly parent through a quadruple bypass, into therapy and a nursing home, while handling all their affairs and at the same time, take out an emergency guardianship on my other parent, move her out of her apartment and stuff into storage, transition her into a nursing home and plenty more. As I am the only child in town, this has been a full time job for me. As if this isn't stress enough, the worse part of it all has been working with Arvest bank who has given no cooperation at all. I could not handle any of my mothers affairs during the temporary guardianship due to the company's refusal to cooperate on with a court order. I had so much else to do, I said I'll just wait until it's finalized. That's what their team kept telling me, when we have the finalized guardianship, nothing will be a problem......but guess what? That was incorrect too. Today I got it finalized and headed to the bank to take care of her affairs, only to be met with yet another refusal from Arvest Bank to honor a legal court order and all the while hiding behind other people. It is so frustrating when people lack common sense. They completely refuse to honor the court order and won’t talk to me, instead they hide behind their branch managers who are not making any decisions and are just message relayers. The judge even acknowledged that Arvest is very difficult to work with. They think they are above the law….courts just so happen to be the highest law of the land. At this point I am looking into legal options.Over the years Arvest has always been a difficult bank to deal with.

It's a bank you go in to either get money or leave money.

Arvest made everyone late for work today… Why is the 91st Branch soooo slow. Pulled up this morning @9:10a.m. It’s currently 9:30 and 2 cars have been helped in 20 minutes…. Arvest I read reviews this was a problem 4 years ago, how is this still a thing???

Don’t bother coming in to speak with any representative over banking matters. Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes while two employees sat in their offices alone, enjoying their day surfing the web. I will be switching banks as soon as possible.Response to reply:I don’t need to bother wasting more of my time speaking to local management when it was the assistant manager of the bank who was one of the employees sitting in his office without bothering to assist.

Horrible customer service!!! Was on hold for 45 minutes to finally talk to someone who quickly transferred me and put me on hold again. Estimated wait time over 30 minutes!!! Ridiculous!!!

91st and Delaware is by far my favorite branch! I've worked for two companies that use Arvest for deposits and had to use several branches over the years. I LOVE this branch. Very friendly, quick service. Especially Brittany!! She remembered me from a few years back. She goes the extra mile for her customers and greets them by name everyday. Always has a smile and a great attitude.

I frequent this bank weekly and usually everything is all fine. Well today i go in to do my usual bank business, and the old blond witch with whom Ive had problems with before steps up to give me problems as before. This older lady with blond hair and glasses goes out of her way to decline whatever bank transaction I attempt to complete. My advice to all (especially minorities) is to decline her as a teller if at all possible. Arvest needs to stop this women's behavior and keep the costumers needs ahead of any snootie, prejudiced old lady.

I'm so glad Arvest isn't my regular bank! I was making a Girl Scout deposit at the 91st and Delawsre branch, and I sat in the drive through for like 5 minutes waiting and nobody said anything not even like "be with you in a minute"...and I noticed the other waiting car hadn't even talked to them yet so I pressed call and after a minute someone asked how I was, I said "I'd be better if I could complete this transaction" then someone else asked how much I was depositing...like did you even count it?! Then she asked if I needed anything else and told me to have a good day before I had even finished responding.
