Nasir was very rude and acted as if my presence was inconvenient for him as he was chewing food. He grunted several times during the time I was with him and he had me sign a piece of paper before going over what the item said. Wouldn’t recommend him but anyone else is just fine.

I called to ask what documents they needed to open a business checking account. I took all documents they requested. First I sat and waited without being acknowledged, then when the lady finally came over and took me to her office, she was rude and condescending. She asked for documents that I didn't have, when I said I called shld brought what I was told she became rude and defensive. She started calling me "ma'am" in a rude voice even though she knew my name. I just got up and left.

I used to love coming here, now I hate this place. The males who work in the window were condescending towards me when I was trying to get my account set up to leave the country (because young women of color can only leave the country if they are studying abroad apparently) and my account STILL froze up when I made my first transaction abroad because they never actually set my account up. The chubby man with glasses at the window always wants to call me by my first name and not my last (which I requested) which shows he neither respects me as a patron and shows his agism. I have always had issues with him. I am a customer trying to take care of finances, not your buddy. I have had issues with the other tellers when it came to my checks from work as well. Get a new crew. I'm never coming back.

Filed a dispute 146 days ago. I have been promised my money by Arvest because I proved without a doubt that the merchant took my money and didn't provide services (basically steals my money). 146 days later they still tell me something different every time I call in (i.e. You'll have your money back my 120th day - you'll get your money from he merchant, we will make sure of it - if they don't send the money back we will add the credit back to your account - and now .... There's no telling how long it'll be until you get your money back. 146 days is not reasonable. I'm glad they didn't steal more money from me.

Superb Customer Service and banking advice !! I have been a proud customer and a mortgage borrower for nearly 8 years. Beginning with Michael (branch manager ) , Mr. Tahir Naeem, (account service) , Marilyn (account service),they have always provided me and my four children with the friendliest and most professional customer service along with sound banking advice where money matters. All the cashier's personnel are prompt, super friendly and professionals. I would recommend Arvest bank very very highly, especially the branch located near 101 street south and S. Sheridan. Go and say hello to Michael . Start a true and long banking relationship.
