We've done work for this company since they opened. When dealing with management companies doing repairs it doesn't take long to learn the ones who care and are actually trying to take care their properties. This is one of the best we've seen. I'm sure they constantly feel the pressure from owners and tenants just trying to keep everyone reasonable happy. All I can say is they are great people, doing a difficult job. They always bring a smile with their upbeat attitudes. Thanks Monica and Jeanne

You won’t find a better property management company in Tulsa!! I have rented from At Home Rental for 6 years! I’ve never had any issues or problems and any concerns have been dealt with quickly and efficiently! I won’t rent from anyone else!

Every time you call, no matter what time of day it is you get told you’re talking to someone with the “answering service” and all they do is take a message and never call back. You may receive a text message a week later but that’s all you’re going to get. They won’t spray for roaches or fix anything. It is currently 87 degrees in my house and 84 degrees outside and they’re not going to send anyone out tonight even though I have an infant and two other children. HIGHLY unprofessional. Both women I’ve spoken today were very rude. They said that spraying isn’t included in my lease agreement but the property I lived at has had 3 different owners since I’ve lived here. I didn’t originally sign a lease with them. I signed a lease with PMI Green Country and they were great. The property was then bought buy Amy Shields who was the absolute WORST. We won’t get into that though but THEY BOUGHT THE PROPERTY I LIVE AT! I was basically forced into this. I wasn’t even made aware that Amy had sold the property until I got the new paper work. I would’ve never signed with them if I would’ve known how rude and unprofessional they are. The fact that they’ve already responded to this review BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND TO WORK ORDERS should say something. They want people to think they’re taking care of issues when they’re not. They are ALMOST worst than Amy Shields is. I am currently in the process of trying to move because of how terrible they have been.

I moved to Broken Arrow after my wife passed to be near my daughter and the beautiful family she married into. I loved downtown Broken Arrow and moved into The lofts at 222 above Andolini's. Nice modern units and not your big complexes you see. The management company was friendly at first but their true colors came out when problems arose. Slow response time, entering without notice for bug control happened more than once. Left after 1 year lease and found the Lyndale Garden apartments only several blocks away from the Rose district. Will renew my lease in July because it's a beautiful old butwell maintained complex with only 18 units. Jeanne and her staff have great customer service and follow up times. I worked 35 years in management with Western Auto and know the good and bad sides ofcustomer service. They have earned my review today as I don't see it as often anymore.

We absolutely love the house that we are renting from At Home! My husband and I have rented from different apartment and home rental agencies and At Home is our favorite! They are very responsive and get to know you personally. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and send really great workers to get what you need done and work with your work schedule. Can't say enough with how happy we are with At Home!

Spent $70 on applications, I asked the lady exactly what they were looking for and she told me 3x the amount of rent, good rental references, and good job history. My husband has been at his current job just 2 months shy of a year but his previous job was 2 years but yet was told we were denied because he hasn’t been at his current job long enough, was also denied because of medical bills in collection from my battle with cancer, that I am paying on and my credit shows I’ve been rebuilding for over a year almost 2. I was not told that would be a factor or I would not of wasted my money. I think transparency is key when renting so being told the factors in being accepted were those three things I would expect that to be it. We have over two years of good rental history and we are a family with 4 children spending $70 on applications isn’t something we would do unless confident in being accepted. TRANSPARENCY!
