Love the variety and the fact that they keep it so well organized! The store use to be such a mess it was unpleasant and chaotic to shop, but a while back I assumed there was new management because its so much better. Now days with so many retail stores closing, its a rare find to have such a huge selection to select from and buy/take home immediately. I hope they prosper and stay in Tulsa for years to come.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my recent issue was handled. I visited this store for the first time the other day—it looked great and had a nice variety of items. I purchased the Crosby St. Navy Waffle Duvet Cover and was shocked to find it incredibly itchy and uncomfortable, even after one gentle wash. When I reached out to customer service about a return, I was told the store wouldn’t accept it simply because it had been washed.
I’m not sure how anyone else functions out there, but who puts a duvet cover on their bed without washing it first? How else is someone supposed to discover that the fabric is irritating unless they’ve actually used it? It even broke me out in hives.
Instead of offering a refund or even an exchange, the rep offered a $25 gift card, after I spent $63.59 on the item. That’s not exactly helpful when I can’t use the product at all. I would’ve at least respected it if I had been offered store credit for the full amount, but now I’m out $38.59, that’s if I even receive the gift card.
It’s really disheartening to see a brand put policy over customer experience, especially when the issue is comfort and usability, not buyer’s remorse. It feels completely unfair that I’m taking the loss, even after offering to return the item.
UPDATE: As you will see in the final image, I followed the instructions from the owner asking me to contact them to investigate and all I got was my time wasted. They repeated the same nonsense about the $25 gift card, as if I was stupid. I think I was very clear about why I was contacting them again, but they refused to investigate further. What good is a $25 gift card to me, to give the money right back to the store and I'm out of $63 for something I CANNOT USE? DISGUSTING that a huge store like this would do such a thing even though I explained the issue and offered to bring the item back so they didn't think I was playing games. I lost $63 and still have to go buy another duvet.. I am disgusted with At Home!

I can’t say enough great things about At Home—it’s truly like a Walmart for home decor! They have everything you could imagine to personalize your space. On this visit, I picked up a variety of candles in my favorite scents: Eucalyptus, Dragonfruit, Mahogany, and Oud. The selection was spot on! I also stumbled upon a beautiful handcrafted vase from Spain that I wasn’t even looking for—and it was 50% off! What a steal.
A special shoutout to Amee, the customer service representative who helped me. It was only her first week on the job, but she did an amazing job! She was friendly, patient, and genuinely personable—exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

Just bought a King size mattress here they do not have home delivery! And on top of that they wouldn't even assist me with taking the King Mattress to my SUV! Horrible customer service! I will never spend a dime there again!

Store seems to be disorganized. I was looking for a few vases I saw on the website, in stock. No aisle to locate, 2 associates unable to help. Was sent to 3 locations in the store to find them.
Left, guess you're better off ordering online and trying a pickup??
