The staff at this location was super rude. I understand they have long days where people are often unkind however I felt this was unnecessary. After returning to the location to see what could be done about a careless mistake their staff Roger made when rushing through our transaction, the first male associate was condescending as soon as we walked in the door, made my sister and I feel stupid and snapped at us saying we should just swap phones and “whoop” it would be done. He tried to grab the phone out of our hand and swap it too to demonstrate which was weird and honestly a liability. We thought Roger would solve his own problem and he did talk through things in a calmer tone than the first guy but when we mentioned one of our phones had a screen protector that we purchased FROM them he put a new one on the swapped phone but then took my sisters phone out of her hand and ripped the screen protector off, acting like he was doing us a huge favor. As I said, I’m sure they deal with some tough situations but the attitude of the staff was definitely not worth the wait for us. Ultimately, they did not fix the problem and we spent an hour on hold with customer service who did fix the problem and was a lot kinder about it.

Summer helped my wife. Wife loved her flip 4. Wanted a flip 7. Summer guided us trough options but wife loves the folded size. Summer sold my wife what she wantd the flip 7. Summer was a gem to work with and above all My wife is happy. Thank you Summer!!!

Skip this location for sure. There were just two people working when we were there. Four customers were waiting and two others just left rather than joining the wait.
The man, Roger, who came to help us, after our 30 minute wait, was extremely rude. He rushed through his instructions to my husband, who very obviously is over 80, for resolving the problem. He said that all he was obligated to do is make sure he could receive and make calls and texts. He could/would not provide technical assistance. Both of us have been AT&T customers all the years we have had cell phones, 20 to 25 years. I have never been treated as rudely from a customer service representative.

PJ was great! I went in after talking to someone at customer service, and he was able to get me a better deal and better phones than they did. I will definitely return to see him!

Gage at 41st and Yale is the dude. I’ve been buying Apple phones since they came out and he’s by far the most fun and knowledgeable person I’ve had. Go ask for him you won’t regret it

I was very satisfied with summers help. I am so thankful she was the one who helped me. I couldn't have been in better hands. She new how to help me and when I ever need help again, and I'm sure I will I will go back in and ask for summer. She is the best.

Roger is a cool dude and very knowledgeable. He's approachable and affable. He's the kind of guy that you can relate to and does a great job trying to upsell without being pushy about it. He seems genuine and authentic which isn't very common these days. If I could hire Roger I would. I want friends like this guy. He's likely a huge impact if not the main reason this location has the highest reviews in town.

I arrived at the store last night in a very bad mood after a one hour phone call with AT&T. I left, less than an hour later, with my good mood restored, thanks to Daniel H. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend the store, and specifically Daniel H, for any AT&T customers. (Thanks again, Daniel!)
