The people are nice enough. I'm just so tired of the only solution to fix any billing issue is to "call customer service" I'm tired of talking to robots and unhelpful over-the-phone customer service people giving you the runaround.

I had a desperate situation resulting for a rare catastrophic failure of my Apple iPhone 12 Mini. The original Factory battery failed and nothing was working to revive my phone. The Apple Store and all certified repair facilities could not get to me for several days, but my professional activities required being able to send and receive calls immediately. (I was in communications with those impacted by the recent Hurricane Milton.) Angelica Perez, my Sale Consultant was "A-MAZING" - wait that is not strong enough. "Legendary" would be more appropriate! Angelica listened to my situation, assessed the needs and carefully identified a solution to have me upgraded into a new devise. Angelica was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable in getting me quickly set-up and restoring EVERYTHING from the Cloud. I don't know whether Angelica is my hero or an "Angel."
I would HIGHLY recommend this store location!

My experience with AT&T has been awful. The network is unreliable, with frequent dropped calls and slow data speeds. Customer service is even worse—every time I call, I’m either transferred multiple times or given the runaround without any resolution. The billing process is confusing, and I've been overcharged several times. I expected better from a major provider, but this has been nothing but frustration. Definitely looking for a new carrier.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I wanted to rip my hair out leaving this store. Not only is the customer service embarrassingly bad, what's worse is that the employees don't even know how to work iphones. I would rather eat my own vomit than ever go into this store again and deal with the horribly rude employees. T Mobile is ten times better with better humans. Shame on you.

Daniellll!
Me and my sister came to this store after leaving another AT&T store that was very disappointing and we were far from disappointed here.
Before we even got out of our cars we saw Daniel in the store with a big ole smile to greet us at the door. He was very helpful and informative even of things i didn’t initially come to the store for!
He was awesome to talk to and made the transaction enjoyable.
