I’ve been to other Palm Beach tans but this location has been the best starting with Bobbi getting me in then Grace upsold me the next day. Then Christina walked me through the spa…what a great place to come.

I absolutely loved my first tanning session here. They have so many options (UV tanning & sunless tanning) which is nice, and I love that they also offer wellness services. (red light therapy, halosauna, and more) They have many different levels of UV beds so eveyone from a newbie to an experienced tanner can find something here. The manager, Bobbie, is very knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

There’s a strict 24 hours between tanning policy that’s down to the minute and logged on their app. I have a busy schedule and time my days out pretty specifically. Often I come to this location and there’s no one in the store working. Like today, I am here at 8:45 to resume my package I had paused in May and been paying a monthly fee to have frozen and the store is closed when it was supposed to open at 7. If I didn’t have $$$ built up from having my package paused I would choose a different tanning salon because of how often I run into this staffing problem here. Now that I’ve realized it’s a pattern I’ll just cancel after my month is up.

I absolutely LOVE Lena!!! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and she eased all my fears and showed me exactly what to do for my spray!! Her manager was also present! Smiling, greeting customers and was there to assist while Lena was busy getting me ready! I was in and out and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE MY SPRAY TAN!!!!!!! ❤️???

The ladies that work there are awesome. My problem is with the billing policy. If you’ve ever gone to this place, you know what I mean. I had the highest package for tanning for several months and never went to the store to tan. I was still charged each month. Then I go in and request a lower package. I did it the five days before the billing date which is required. Then they tried to tell me, I couldn’t use the better beds even though I was still paid up until the end of the month. the pricing for the package options are never what they have listed. It’s always significantly more they say because of fees. Not very transparent at all.

First time coming in I had the most welcoming experience just simply talking to the front lady, her name is Traci and she’s LITERALLY my new bestie. She got me all set up quickly and answered all my questions and now I look amazing and tan?

I was very pleased with this place. I had a question every time I came in especially when I was about to get my spray tan a week before I even called up here they made me feel very confident about making that move on a spray tan not only that my graduation I looked very good and was pleased with my results. I recommend this place for anyone that is needing to get a tan in a timely manner and also they have the perks of the staff who are amazingladies, that help me Leesha Amanda & Traci.
