I always love Athleta products, but what sets this store above is the amazing staff. They are always eager to help and friendly. It is a treat to visit this store. Particular shout out to Carrie and Melissa, who are exceptionally stellar!

I’ve never put in a review in places but felt like after you have been in there twice in the last month and customer service was awful I would write one. They use to have good people working there but lately not so much. I believe it is the manger. She doesn’t like returns and Athleta has always been a brand that says try it for 60 days and you don’t like it return it. Last time I tried to return something ordered on line they wouldn’t take it because tags were cut out ( which the tags show to cut them out) probably they are so big and obnoxious and nobody would want to work to that). It hadn’t been over 30 days either. She (which I believe was a manager) said to call online. I called and they had no problem taking it back. Then I recently went in there again Jan 5th,2025 and some lady with long matte black nails (Wish I would have got her name) was very rude. Not friendly at all don’t act like she wanted to do a return even though there were connected tags. I asked about getting an xl in the item and they didn’t have it. So I asked her if I could get same price to order one. Her answer was you would have to order it in store. I said well I’m in the store and can you order it for me the same price. She was like well if you used rewards I can’t. I said I’m not sure. She acted like she could not or didn’t want to do it. I said can you look and see if I used rewards. She finally told me she would look at the return receipt even though she acted like she couldn’t. So finally she looked at it and said “well I I guess I can go ahead and do it” . So apparently i didn’t use rewards but she assumed I did. She was not friendly at all and nobody else there would talk to you. I asked about a bra and I kept getting snappy answers from her. When my husband and I left i was like she was so rude and he was like yes she was.

As some present and old reviews state, I only like shopping online now. In store the employees are snobby if you’re not spending hundreds of dollars and are stand offish when you do a return. Sorry, I’m not spending over $100 dollars on items that have terrible reviews online. It just makes me uncomfortable going in there.

I really wish it was possible to give a zero star review, so this is generous. We spent over $200+ both online and in-store, on our way out, we saw the sign saying “spend $175+ and you get a free tote”, so we went back in and to our surprise they refused to give us the bag due to the $200+ being on two separate receipts with the same card on it. Note, that there were plenty of bags in the store. Not to mention, Joy (the woman who checked us out) who couldn’t stop staring at us while we waited outside and kept smiling and laughing at us! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and laziness in an Athleta store before; I’ve never been mocked at and laughed at through the window of a store. As we were trying to figure out what was in stock, the lady checking us out told us to figure it out ourselves even though the shipping would’ve been on them, but instead due to extreme laziness we had to pay for shipping. Oh and just to add on- we had to find our own sizes and put them back on the rack. I will never be returning back to this Athleta in Utica Square or any other Athleta!

I went in to buy some Trekkers pants. They did not have my size in store but offered to order them. Apparently, they are on back order, so they could not order them in store. They said I could order them online. When I tried to order them online I could only get free shipping if I was a member. I don't want to be a member. I just wanted to be a customer. Now I am neither.

I visited this store earlier today, there was no customers in the store other than myself and not one word was said to me, not even a greeting. I will definitely not be back and I hope no one else experiences this, I think that the employees there can learn to be a bit more welcoming.

I wasn’t very impressed with this store. Some blonde lady wasn’t very kind. She basically insulted me for liking a neutral. I had an oversized sweatshirt in my hand and she thought it made sense to show me a tight fitted shirt. There was a man working there and he wasn’t the nicest either. I was told I need to know to use email next time my rewards need looked up. Thanks for your hospitality! You didn’t give me the best impression of Tulsa. Very disappointed considering I am always shopping at Athleta!
