Ask for Lashayla. Incredibly helpful and precise in her work. We couldn’t have had a better or easier experience.

My daughter who is in college at The University of Tulsa went to this store to upgrade her phone on my account. the salesman was nice but he added mobile security and add ATT Next Up to the account without permission. I got the notifications and asked her about it she said that she specifically said no to the Next Up but he added it anyway and said that we could cancel it later if we wanted to. As far as the insurance he told her that it was store policy that he HAD to add insurance to every phone and, again, we could manually remove it later. Neither of these options were approved by me or my daughter but he added them anyway. I just spent the last hour on the phone with ATT support trying to get these features removed but can't even do that for 14 days. There are more ATT stores around so I would recommend avoiding this one for now. And yes I know that bad salesmen could be anywhere but I guarantee there is one unethical one here

Went in for some charging equipment for my iPhone. Omar P greeted me warmly, handled all my needs professionally and friendly. He even replaced my screen protector which had multiple cracks. Like getting a new phone.

Best store in town! Very knowledgeable of the products and they take time to answer any questions you may have and they make sure you understand what’s going on before proceeding

Your service vehicle was tailgating though a construction zone, and going 15 over in a residential area this morning. Watch out for these people they don't care about your safety.

Word of caution, by all means DO NOT go to this store unless you want to be completely scammed. I’ll start from the beginning of my long sordid experience with the day I went in to trade in my phone for the upgrade deal ($1000 off the new phone).
9/25- I was greeted by Ada and asked about the deal that brought me in, and though she seemed unsure of what I meant at first, she quickly knew what I was referring to and helped me get the transaction started. The iPhone 16 Pro was not in stock, so she ordered one to be shipped to my house. That all sounded great to me! She had me take off my phone case and inspected it and assured me that I would get the $1000 credit. I asked follow up questions about whether I was locked in since I had to wait for the new one to ship, I didn’t want the promotion to end and be out of luck. She again assured me, I was good to go. All in all, I was happy with that experience and she asked for good reviews on the follow up survey I would receive. I gave her all 5 stars and glowing comments (at this point, I wish I could take it all back).
9/28- I had received my phone and came in to do the transfer of data and drop off my old one. This time I was with an employee named Tranesha who was, for lack of better words, rude. I wanted to make sure I did everything correctly and needed help backing up my data to the cloud. She made me feel like an inconvenience and proceeded to talk down to me until I left. I never got the data transferred and was told I could do it at home, then bring it back later to drop off the old one. That was fine with me because I was so uncomfortable standing there.
10/3- I come in to finish the whole process. I’m not sure who the employee was this time, but he was kind. He helped me erase the data and check in my old phone. HOWEVER, he noted there was a slight chip in the corner of the screen and told me that I was getting $350 off the new phone versus the $1000 Ada had told me I was “locked in” with when I did the original transaction. I was so upset I was shaking and honestly not sure who to be upset with other than maybe myself for trusting this company. It’s not my fault that Ada didn’t notice the chip (I hadn’t either because a cracked screen protector was on it). None of that is my problem. I told him I wouldn’t have gone through with the trade if it wasn’t for the deal!! The deal is what brought me in! I told him I felt completely deceived and he even agreed. But on my way out the door he told me to “enjoy my new phone.”
I’m just speechless. I’ll be calling corporate to complain.
