Had a a very stress free, satisfying experience. Upgraded a phone, changed phone on another line & purchased accessories. Andrew was fantastic. He was knowledgeable & happy to take the time to explain.
The following day I returned for internet and television & was assisted by Geno. Once again the customer service was exceptional.

The young man helped me was extremely efficient. I did not wait even more than a minute. They greeted me as I walked in the door. Got my phone resolved my issue. I was out of the door in under five minutes. I sure do appreciate this young man and I appreciate the AT&T store in Tulsa Oklahoma that is located in Tulsa Hills

Curtis was very helpful, easy to work with, he stayed an hour after his normal hours to make sure we were fully set up with phones and other devices, he was comical, introduced us to upper management, and helped us understand our purchase in full which I think is the most important.

Zero customer assistance whatsoever & told complete untruths about service to be provided. Refused to assist me in making a phone call as I’m severely hard of hearing. They told me I should call on my own. I asked again would u call for me and I’ll tell them I’m giving u permission to speak for me.?” Oh that won’t do any good was the reply.” Really? I’m an AT&T customer for 2 years and their attitude was so what? 3 people sitting on their rears doing NOTHING & no other customers in the store. I called the number the staff provided & they said I could get a tech to set my tv up for me. The response at the number I called? Same as the people at this store. We don’t do that. If I were DEAF & walked into that store & asked for someone to assist me with a phone call I’d have gotten it. But since I’m “hard of hearing” that’s my problem. Will never ever go to this location again.

My husband and I both got new phones. We were very pleased with Rhett. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and his demeanor was pleasant. We couldn't have asked for better service.

The AT&T rep was helpful and assisted me with requesting the account information from my previous provider. I showed up very close to closing time and i never felt rushed or a sense that he was irritated. I left with all my questions answered and happy about my purchase.

This is my favorite AT&T Store I go to. Cameron had all the expertise to assist me in updating my plan, updating my phone, answering all of my questions. He presented me with options without pushing me. He greeted me as I came into the store immediately. He listened to what services I needed and delivered on all with ease, knowledge, politeness, and pleasantness. Thank you Cameron for assisting me Monday, the 24th of March 3025.

Had a terrible experience at AT&T. Went in for a S 25 Ultra, met Rhett told him what I wanted, I came in to upgrade and wanted an S 25 Ultra. He said the free phone, and I said yes, S 25 Ultra. He went back with 2 phones and and started to transfer the info from the S 22's to the new phones. After everything was transferred he handed me the phones and went back to get the paperwork. I looked at the phones and noticed that they were not S 25 Ultras and brought it to his attention. He said he could trade them out for the Ultra BUT, there would be a $55 restocking fee PER PHONE. I said you got to be kidding me. He said that it was store policy. He asked if there was anything else he could do and NO, YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH DAMAGE AS IT IS.
UPDATE
Called AT&T about my future bill, afterwards I asked them what phones I was eligible for and was told I could get the S25 Plus at no additional cost. Called the store, talked to Romona, explained what happened the past week and asked if I could upgrade 2 additional lines I had and get the S25 Plus and put them on my phones that I updated last week. She was very polite and accommodating. Got there and met Jordan who went the extra mile to take care of my needs. Left there very satisfied.

Chris and the team at this store are the most helpful group of people you could ask for. Chris helped my mom and I both set up a brand new account with 2 lines and two watches. I got a S24 FE and my mom got the Pixel 9. My mom preferred the 24 over the Pixel so we went up to the store and got our numbers switched with ease. My Pixel had a strange camera issue and the whole team was apt to help solve this technical error. When we realized it wasn't something we could fix, the Manager Jordan and Chris went above and beyond to help me get a Pixel 9 pro from another store. All and all it's been a great experience and I highly recommend anyone looking to open a phone plan or even any current AT&T customers to trust this team to help you out.
