Bryan and Wes, the men who helped my husband and me, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, offering solutions to our problems that were affordable to us. Rhett finished the transaction and was polite and diligent in correcting and changing our information, staying with the task until completed. If corporate AT&T served the public in order to keep satisfied customers as these men did, it would not receive the criticism I often hear and have felt myself at times.

Wasn’t greeted when I came in. Needed to return a product/accessory that didn’t work out. 15 minutes went by and other customer came in who was greeted & instructed they would get them added to the list. 1.5 hour I waited for a 2-3 min transaction to be processed. Ridiculous. Customer service poor & friendliness was sub-par. There has to be a better system. Would drive 30 min out of the way before I go to this store again.

I came in with my 6 year old looking to buy a new phone and Shay my representative greeted me with a smile! Shay made my whole weekend a success! From being patient to making sure I knew about all the promotions and discounts! I have been with AT&T for over 10 years and I am pretty sure this was the best AT&T visit I have had. 10/10 I recommend SHAY!!!! ❤️

Tashi had a very bad attitude. He acted inconvenienced when I asked him to show me the white iPhone 15 pro. Said if he opened the box there would be a restocking fee. Okay, then show me one in the store. He actually made a terrible expression and said “it’s like any other white phone why do you need to see it?” I walked out and went to apple and bought my phone with zero problems.I’ve been with AT&T for over 15 years and customer service is lacking.When I told Tashi I decided to just buy the case for it and he said with an attitude again, holding up the box, “You’re not getting this phone?” I said no and he just stared at me like he hated me. My teen daughter even asked in the car if he even likes his job.
