AT&T do not hire competent people. They do not know how to handle customers and do not know how to answers questions about their own job. Additionally, AT&T reneges on their deals, even with new customers. We were promised being charged 60.30 for four years before the price moves up... It hasn't even been half a year and it went up 25 DOLLARS. Nobody is helping us. I am redirecting my friends and quitting as soon as I can to go back to Cox, because AT&T IS RIDICULOUS (And if y'all dealt with Cox and know how crappy THEY are.... AT&T is worse). At least with Cox, prices went up one dollar a year and some change. At AT&T for three months, it went up 25 DOLLARS. Choose carefully. I hope this place goes out of business for being predatory liars.

There was a young gentleman at this store I believe to be named Mark. He was very rude, unprofessional, did not help me at all, and sent me out the store with no phone, service, assistance, or any better than when I came in. It was very unprofessional the way he handled the transaction and I will be leaving at&t behind.

No one knows anything about phones two people working and both were busy talking and playing games on there phone waited 2 hrs trying to get wife's phone working still nothing

We came to the store at 5:30 pm(y’all close at 7).
When we walked in Joseph was working alone and he was with someone so we went and looked at phones. When the person he was with left he never came over or acknowledged us. He started watching tv. So we went to him and told him we were coming to port a line off my account and on to her own account and that she also wanted to upgrade her phone. He told us it would take 10 mins just to open his phone safe and he went to the back for awhile. And then came back and started messing around on the computer and the said his manager told him we needed to leave and come back another day to do the transfer because it takes too long to do.
We came an hour and half before close. Not that close to close. We came because that’s when we were both free. Like, I’m sorry you don’t want to work and we interrupted your tv time.
We ended up leaving, driving across town to another store and doing the transaction. Didn’t even take 45 mins.
Really poor customer service to tell us to leave and come back when we came with AMPLE time to do our transaction.

AT&T never answers the phone anymore. Only an automated robot. I’ve called on three or four different accounts and the long phone calls, misunderstood words and minutes on hold always led me to being hung up on by the robot!! It tells me that ur will connect me to an agent and never does then always says to call someone else and goes “goodbye!” And hangs up.., AT&T has fallen down on their customer service side of things. I can’t ever get the help I need when I need it.

This store loves to steal money for their customers my mom went in tot pay her bill that was 120 and the person who is working there today Sunday March 17 decided to take $200 and not give change back then starts arguing with my mom and telling her to leave the store when she was asking for her change back he said there was nothing they could do about it when you definitely can give that change back. She asked to speak to the manager and he told her the manager said she wasn’t getting her change back. Corporate will be getting a call if this is the kinda of employees they have I definitely don’t recommend coming back to this place u deserve 0 stars for taking money from someone who didn’t owe that amount.
