I made an appointment at the AT&T store at 71st and Memorial. It took a moment for someone to greet us and check us in, the guy wasn’t very friendly, but that’s ok. When Leonard came over to “help” us we told him that we needed to upgrade a phone on our plan. Without going through all the details, he was borderline rude and not helpful at all. We went to another location- 101st and Memorial. We were greeted immediately, but had to wait a few moments. Vince did help us and gave us a lot of options and recommendations. Save your time and just go to the 101st & Memorial!

Jeremy was great he was understanding and respectful and was able to help meet my needs on what I was needing. He helped understand my bill better and what I can do to improve as well suggested a WiFi router that I’ll be getting some time soon.

Leonard was not helpful. Turned the customer in front away then didn’t want to help me either and sent me to the Apple Store. Apple had great customer service and got my phone going. Had to go back to att store to get my sims card on my phone and Leonard explained he was just using the information and coming up with the best solution. Maybe for him. All he had to do was hook me into their WiFi and download the install but I guess that must have been took much for him as he sent me to the mall and cost me about an hour wasted time. Will use apple to purchase all future phones.

I received the worst customer service ever when I went to upgrade my phone. First, they didn't have the phone in stock that I wanted and it was on a promo. So I settled for a different phone. Leonard was my salesman. He set up my new phone but did not say anything about setting up an alternative pin in order to unlock the screen. He said the pattern from my old phone would transfer. It did not. I got home and could not unlock the phone and my old phone was then out of commission. So I went an Entire night without a phone. I go back the next day and show him the phone. He says that he can do nothing about it. He didn't offer to call customer assistance to reset since it was his mistake. He was also wrong about the price of the plan he gave me which ended up being 30.00 over the amount he stated it would be. He said he coul not do anything about that either. He and his Co worker took absolutely no responsibility for their mess up, nor the timeout mine they wasted or even offered to call customer assistance for help as Leonard claimed he didn't know much about Samsung phones after proclaiming that he had worked there 5 years. I was highly irritated and he simply walked away and I was left with a new phone that didn't work and had already paid the tax on it and set up a new plan which he refused to recheck. After calling customer service and trying to unlock the phone, it relocked and when I went to return it, one of the other employees refused to take it back eventhough it was sold to me in the very same condition. I plan to speak with customer assistance again and also the store manager. By the way, this is a corporate store and this is the treatment that was given to a loyal customer of 6 years.

Leonard was lazy and terrible basically didn’t want anything but a sale I went to the other att down the road and it’s not even a “corporate” store and they helped me 100 times better

I’m at 20+ year AT&T client looking to upgrade my iPhone from a 13 to a 16
I call in to get some pricing and when I ask for pricing I’m told, I’m sorry I don’t have time to get you a quote
I was planning on setting an appointment to come down and switch out my phone once I confirmed a time that works for my work to wipe my current phone but nope can’t get me a quote
Now I’m wondering if the 850 buyback offer on my 13 was truthful or not
Terrible terrible service to a Long time client
I really wish I’d gotten the gentlmans name so I could share who it was too bad Google let me me lost 0 stars

ATT Leonard Bryce service was excellent. Gave me options re a dead iPhone6Plus and getting new iPhone16e. He was patient answering questions. Assured me that all data could be transferred and it did! It was a couple of hours doing the transactions. I had questions next day. Leonard solved those issues. I have a new phone with accessories and switched my other services from Cox to ATT. Leonard Bryce is an exceptional ATT tech-service-sales person.

I got a new phone two weeks ago to travel internationally. I specifically told this to the agent I was getting the phone from. Now finding out the sim is locked because the phone was purchased less than 60 days ago.
Went into the store to try and resolve and Leonard was extremely unhelpful and discourteous. This is not the experience or service I have received from ATT.
Looking online and calling customer service they have a travel plan they offer. Leonard told
Me I would not be able to use my new device during my travel. He lost an easy sale in the store and ultimately ATT is losing a 10 year plus customer because of this.

I went to this store to return an item. I was helped by someone who told it could not be done. The supervisor had interchange with the assistant and agreed it could not be done. I went to another AT&T and my issue was solved in a few minutes. This 71st store Mgr is a sorry excuse and the people here are not trained well to handle a simple thing as a return.

I am 65 years old and I have zero technical skills. William made the process of buying a phone and setting it up simple and intelligible. I have not had an experience with AT&T more pleasant than with William.
