We had a great experience at this store. Sierra was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. She answered all of our questions and never rushed us. Brandon, the manager, also came over and he too was very helpful. I will drive an hour from my home to go to this AT&T store in the future.

Brandon, the store manager was great! This location has the best customer service of all the locations we have been to in the Tulsa area and we have been to several! (Reviewing the 71st & Garnett location)

Sierra Russell was an excellent AT&T Rep, she guided us and assisted us with best answers, solutions, and purchases. She definitely deserves a gift and I know she would appreciate an Apple Watch if that was in reason of giving.

I had trouble with an online order so I went to this AT & T store for help. The staff was clueless and referred me to calling main customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, that customer service person couldn't help & gave me another phone number to call. After waiting on hold, I gave up and went home to cancel the order. Plus I'm going to switch to Verizon which has more reasonable rates.

George is the man! ? I spent 5 days & 4 ATT stores trying to purchase & update 2 phones. I spent several hours on the "help" line after Kadin at the BA store threw my unactivated phone in the bag with a sticky note. ? BUT GEORGE fixed my 2nd phone is seconds!! So go see George! ? ?

I went to this store on 04/14/23. Now I'm from out of state so let's start there. There was a little bit of a wait but that's to be expected. Sierra was my sales rep. She was so helpful and went above and beyond as an employee to help me with my issue. She was very kind and caring which made it seem like she cared about my issues. She was able to fix the issue I was having with my phone. AT&T I wish all your employees cared as much as she did. Thank you for your time and help Sierra. AT&T give this woman a raise, it's hard to find and keep people like her.

Don't think it's fair that I've Been a good customer and you won't extend my late payment. I explained to the rep that I tried to do it myself on your app because of this error she said I can't help you so my phone will be cut off on a few days. My money was stolen from me for the 2nd time this year. Thanks for the appreciation
