Both guys working today were so freaking nice and helpful- even dealing with issues. Much better experience here than the other stores in town. Highly recommend this location.

While my goal was unachiveable, Onyx Pike certainly gave me 110% effort. Even after the ATT agent hung up on him during an IT call, he wasn’t deterred and called them again.
Onyx is really passionate about the duties of his job.

This is the best ATT store! After visiting 2 other ATT stores, Best Buy multiple times, and a few phone calls to ATTs customer service, Onyx and his team fixed all of our issues. They even stayed late without complaining to get it done. I highly recommend them!

My Fiance and I came in on a whim to get new phones, not really prepared with what we needed at all. Lando greeted us immediately and was very helpful despite complications due to the computer system (AT&T corporate issue)Lando was friendly he offered a water the whole 9 yards. Definitely a positive experience because of him level of customer service. And I got my new iPhone :)

Came in to get new phones they AT&T website was giving problem after problem but Arlando sat with us for 3 and a half hours to get us setup now I have 2 new phones thanks to him if I could give 10 stars I would

Outstanding service and support from Peoria location, ATT should consider closing the 61 and Memorial store they have been rude and are no help what so ever, on multiple visits. Peoria is now my go to location if I need something

Jamie was an absolute rockstar. I saw her work diligently and efficiently to help multiple customers at the same time. She made sure I was completely informed before making my purchase and did an excellent job answering all of my questions. I will be returning to this store so long as I know Jamie is running it.
This was the best phone buying experience I have had to date.

The store rep greeted me and helped me in a timely manner. They were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable as to my concerns. The rep throughly explained the devices and answered all of my questions. They were extremely helpful. I would recommend this store.
