So... I was calling around to find a place to have my Mustangs starter rebuilt and had seen on their reviews where the 2nd review I read was complaining about a very rude man that had answered his call etc... well I decided not to let 1 review keep me from calling myself; who knows, maybe theyd have it cheaper than the places I'd already checked right!??! I'm sure that same person answered my call too and rather they're cheaper or not I Will Not Ever be calling the place back!!! The 1st person I've ever just hung up on and let's just say I'm well over 50. Lol.

I found this place after honestly thinking these types of shops with components for electric motors, starters, etc.. had all been wiped out.
I was greeted with a smiling face by the lady at the counter, and honesty.
They gave me straight advice, and the gentleman that had been there a long time along with the counter lady came to advise me directly on specifics for a Golf Cart Starter/Generator.
They were very patient, knowledgeable, kind, and I left with exactly what I needed and with more information than I had before.
I wish more places like this were more popular over large chains.
Thanks again guys, I will definitely be back!

after this “ business “ having my tool for over a month, just to pick it up and find out nothing was done to it is very frustrating. first time using it after getting it back the same original issue occurred. when I asked about what was done to fix it, I never could get a solid answer or any information on what was replaced or repaired. instead I was told “ I don’t know “ when I questioned it. due to the lack of customer service/ communication and quality of service I will not be returning!

The worst experience ever. I called Auto battery & electric asked how much to rebuild alternator they said depends on what's wrong with it I took it in on a Thurs. gave my & my cars info I was told I would have it back next day after 11 days of no calls I called them & it was ready I never got a call telling me it was ready they charged me $189.02 (a new one is $225.00 & had it instock) I told them for that price not to expect my business again I let friend talk me into going there (no more) My last alternator Shorty's auto electric rebuilt for $50 & I got it back same day

I have done business with Auto Battery &Electric for over thirty years. Excellent service and did a awesome job rebuilding the generator off my Mustang. The cost was very reasonable would highly recommend them.

This is the place in Tulsa for starters and alternators, top notch people with years of exp. they can fix you up and quick. Have been working with these guys for over 25 years.
