Starting yesterday I was having a absolute terrible time finding a serpentine belt for a customer vehicle even the dealership part didn't fit and the entire crew yesterday and this morning did a phenomenal job with customer service and helping me measure and find the correct part. I've always liked AutoZone for their rewards program. But my experience in the last 24 hours with this store in particular has earned favoritism that a good rewards program can't get.

Went to return some stuff this morning at 8:20am it was closed we waited for 20 mins to see if they would open with another female costumer but never opened up. Employees were inside. Then a male customer try to open the door they notice him I guess they know him personally too they unlocked the door for him then locked it again for us and they seen us waiting outside.

Went in to pick up some parts at 8am half an hour after they are supposed to open and about 5 of them were sitting in the lot smoking and the store was entirely closed down with no one inside really poor etiquette

Closed earlier than store hours posted. I had time to stop and get what I needed but, didn't. I was not alone, at least two people were turned away after me.

Attention AutoZone OWNERS, you really need to teach your own employees at this location to have good customer service first cause they don't. Seeing how they can't even answer the phone, an when they do you are immediately placed on hold, and then they can't even look up the damn part numbers from your own AutoZone website. Absolutely beyond unacceptable folks. Or the website showing the part numbers are in stock everywhere however they are unable to find them......these are bolts.....very simple solution. I'll take my business somewhere else if you can't keep your Mexicans in line. American people don't do that. Get better training for those IDIOTS. Probably better retrain ALL OF THEM AT ALL LOCATIONS IN TULSA ASAP, or you will loose customers like me.
