Horrible horrible service stay away!Just keep in mind whenever you're reserving with this company . you're not really reserving nothing.They told us it reservations don't matter .Not only that but the lady at the front desk started talking to us in spanish . We know perfect englishI never felt so discriminated in my life.

I was over charged for the vehicle I rented, so I wanted someone to explain these extra charges when I returned the vehicle to DFW airport I spoke to a guy named Isaac who made a seen of a sample question why was I charged this amount, guy started shouting when I was calm and made everyone in line feel uncomfortable, I’m the customer and I had to de-escalate the situation, but he was not responding to anything instead his unprofessionalism when as far as calling me names instead of directing me to someone who can actually help, in all fairness he gave me a number that I had already tried and I was told when I return the car I should speak to someone there, he last his mind when I told him that, last thing as I was walking away he felt the need to shout out that he make more money that me, completely out of context by the way because I did not say anything to cause that reaction. All and all I still don’t understand why I was charged a different amount that what I was contractedPs the incident was recorded and now it’s on social media

My experience at the TUL Avis location was highly positive. The vehicle was brand-new and excellent, and the representatives were extremely helpful, especially at pick-up.

Twenty person deep line out in the cold here in Tulsa. And every time their app dangles the possibility that you could skip the line and just go straight to a car but this has not ever even once worked in ten rentals. Really wish my company would switch to a less terrible rental company. I would strongly consider a competitor if you have a choice. At least the counter personnel were good, but they need about ten of them instead of just three.

Gas tank 3/4 full upon pickup.Driver's side front tire needed air 3x.Windshield wiper fluid froze due to NOT USING THE -20° FLUID!!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. At pickup the clerk was rude. Gave me 2 dirty vehicles. My paperwork didn’t match the vehicle she gave me. I was charged twice the amount that I signed for and nobody could provide me with the paperwork to show why I was over charged.

Cheated me on gas. I filled the tank 15 or 20 miles from airport. The check in employee entered the car as having a full tank of gas. Avis's system auto adjusted to the tank being 2.1 gals less than when taken out. Charged me $9.99 per gal for shortage. I am quite sure if there is an overage they keep it. Will never rent from Avis again, cheats!!!

I will not use Avis again. The charges were far higher than expected, and the prices advertised were misleading. The vehicle had a loud rattle at speeds over 40, which was nerve wracking on the turnpike. Drop off was easy, so there's that.

What a first class experience! The clerks took very well care of me picking up the vehicle and dropping it off! As a preferred member I was treated with first class service! I use them for business and personal. With Avis you can’t go wrong! ?? I highly recommend.

Really love driving the Avis Cars... well kept for the most part with a few exceptions. This time i only had 3/4 of a tank of gas before i noticed it after i had already left the lot and already down the road. so had to stop and get gas since i was head to Norman for a football game. Loved how the car drove but the back seat had trash from the previous rental that i didn't find until i was unloading... i don't like to leave the car dirty... when i shared and showed pictures... response to this is call 1-800 i know i used a special coupon... but this wasn't what my standards should expected... Love avis and will rent because they do have great maintenances vehicles.

I have enjoyed renting from Avis. Customer service at all levels is pretty good. Check in is quick and drop off is simple and easy. I had a little "hiccup" with my current rental. However, I contacted customer service and they got issue resolved and squared away.Props to Kaylah and Mike who were at rental booth in garage today and helped me figure out my Preferred status before I left.

This was my 1st rental with Avis. I’m usually renting through National. When I arrived at the booth at the garage, I waited to only being told that the garage booth is for Preferred members. I had to go back inside the airport with by 2 big toolboxes to the « counter » where there was a big line up of people and only 2 customer representatives. Finally figure out that I could download the app and have the preferred status so I did. Went back again to the garage and said that I was now « preferred » took 2 agents and a manager to finally get my car. When I receive my reservation « stub » the rate was deifferent from my reservation so the agent had to go back and make changes again. The whole process took over 45 minutes. Really disappointed. Told my story to the agent when I return my car and did offer apologies either or say she would relay my disappointment to a manager.

I go between 2 and 3 stars. The rental car was fine, and the service staff was friendly. But check-in took 20+ minutes for each customer--and this was at 11:30pm on a Sunday, at the nearly vacant Tulsa airport. I overlooked refilling the gas, which cost me $84 to replace 3/8 of the tank (current gas price is about $4/gal). A little more customer empathy would be a big improvement for Avis.UPDATE: Avis-Tulsa emailed a personalized response that reflects a true sense of ownership and pride in their business, and empathy for the customer. They also refunded the refueling charge. If I'm back in the Tulsa area and in need of a car, I'll look to Avis. (And will be sure to refill the tank.)
